The biological control technology of the harmful acarofauna numerousity in the common garden strawberry agroecosystems | Технология биологического контроля численности вредной акарифауны в агроэкосистемах земляники садовой

Английский. The purpose of the research is to develop a technology of using red spider predator (Acari: Phytoseiidae) in biological control of phytophagous mites on common garden strawberry. The strawberry mite Phytonemus pallidus (Acari: Tarsonemidae) and red spiders Tetranychus spp. (Acari: Tetranychidae) do the main harm to strawberries. Neoseiulus cucumeris appeared to be an effective agent of biological control of P. Pallidus. It has been found that by the time of its releasing the density of phytophage population must not exceed 50 individual/leaf. When the density of P. Pallidus is up to 15 individuals/leaf to suppress its populations, it is sufficient to release 20 N. Cucumeris females/plant (the predator-prey ratio is 1:10), when the pest density is 25 individuals/leaf – 40 females/plant. Sometimes double or partitive release releases of N. cucumeris are used. The control of red spiders on strawberries in greenhouses and on the field often involves Phytoseiulus persimilis. When strawberries are colonized by a combination of P. pallidus and Tetranychus spp. (5-30 individual/leaf) this pest was released once after large booming or at the end of booming – at the start of berry formation. The highest biological activity (about 90%) is noted when it is releases at the rate of 20 individuals/plant with the predator-prey ratio of 1:15. When the population density of red spiders is high, the release of P. Persimilis is low effective. Combined release of N. cucumeris and P. Persimilis is possible to simultaneously suppress P. pallidus and Tetranychus spp.

Русский. Цель исследования – разработка технологии использования хищных клещей-фитосейид (Acari: Phytoseiidae) в биологической борьбе с растительноядными клещами на землянике садовой. Основной вред землянике причиняют земляничный клещ Phytonemus pallidus (Acari: Tarsonemidae) и паутинные клещи Tetranychus spp. (Acari: Tetranychidae). Эффективным агентом биологической борьбы с P. pallidus оказался Neoseiulus cucumeris. Установлено, что к моменту его выпуска плотность популяций фитофага не должна превышать 50 особей/лист. При плотности P. pallidus до 15 особей/лист для подавления его популяций достаточен выпуск N. cucumeris в норме 20 самок/растение (соотношение хищник - жертва 1:10), при плотности вредителя 25 особей/лист – 40 самок/растение. Иногда используют 2-кратные или дробные выпуски N. cucumeris. В борьбе с паутинными клещами на землянике в теплице и открытом грунте чаще всего используют Phytoseiulus persimilis. При совместном заселении земляники P. pallidus и Tetranychus spp. (5-30 особей/лист) данного хищника выпускали однократно после массового цветения или в конце цветения – начале формирования ягод. Наибольшая биологическая эффективность (около 90%) отмечена при его выпуске в норме 20 особей/растение при соотношении хищник - жертва 1:15. При высокой плотности популяций паутинных клещей внесение P. persimilis малоэффективно. Возможно совместное внесение N. cucumeris и P. persimilis для одновременного подавления P. pallidus и Tetranychus spp.
