Analysis and rationale of developing the diagnostic device of fuel injection equipment of automotive diesel engines | Анализ и обоснование разработки диагностического устройства топливной аппаратуры автотракторных дизелей

Английский. The aim of the study is theoretical justification and development of a diagnostic device for fuel equipment (FE) of an automotive diesel engine. The object of the research is the fuel equipment of an automotive diesel engine with split fuel injection. The high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) is one of the most important elements in the diesel fuel supply system, determining the operation of the FE, economic and ecological parameters of the diesel. One of the most loaded components of the HPFP is plunger pairs. It is possible to determine the FE state by estimating the actual move of the injector valve. The sensor for injector valve movements is an optical pair, structurally consisting of a receiver and a radiator, which are integrated into the injector body, as well as the injector plungers made with the rod. The optical pair of the diagnostic device uses the infrared LED BIR-BM1331 and the photodiode BPW41N, as the emitter and receiver, respectively. It is established that in a case of the warmed-up internal combustion engine under steady-state operation of the diesel engine at minimum idle speed, depending on the wear of the FE elements, the injector valve movements are 31-64% and corresponds to 0.08-0.16mm. The use of the proposed device will reduce the cost of diagnosing the fuel equipment of the tractor diesel engine of KAMAZ family. With the help of the diagnostic device, it is possible to determine such FE malfunctions as the wear of the HPFP plunger, the violation of the fuel injection advance angle and the cyclic feed.

Русский. Целью исследования является теоретическое обоснование и разработка диагностического устройства топливной аппаратуры (ТА) автотракторного дизеля. Объект исследования – топливная аппаратура автотракторного дизеля с разделённым впрыском топлива. Топливный насос высокого давления (ТНВД) – один из важнейших элементов в топливоподающей системе дизеля, определяющий работу ТА, экономические и экологические параметры дизеля. Одним из наиболее нагруженных узлов ТНВД автотракторного дизеля являются плунжерные пары. Определить состояние ТА возможно с помощью оценки реального перемещения иглы форсунки. Датчик перемещения иглы форсунки представляет собой оптическую пару, конструктивно состоящую из приёмника и излучателя, которые интегрированы в корпус форсунки, а также штанги форсунки, выполненной со штоком. В оптической паре диагностического устройства использованы инфракрасный светодиод BIR-BM1331 и фотодиод BPW41N, в качестве излучателя и приёмника соответственно. Установлено, что на прогретом ДВС при установившемся режиме работы дизеля на минимальных оборотах холостого хода в зависимости от износа элементов ТА перемещение иглы форсунки составляет 31-64% и соответствует 0,08-0,16 мм. Использование предлагаемого устройства позволит снизить затраты на диагностирование ТА автотракторного дизеля семейства КАМАЗ. С помощью диагностического устройства можно определить такие неисправности ТА, как износ плунжерной ТНВД, нарушение угла опережения впрыска топлива и цикловой подачи.
