Effect of yeast probiotics on the digestibility of ration nutrients and lactation performance of cows | Влияние дрожжевых пробиотиков на переваримость питательных веществ рациона и уровень молочной продуктивности коров

The study investigated the effect of probiotic supplements in a ration of Black and White dairy cows during the winter stall-feeding period on nutrient digestibility and utilization, lactation performance and milk composition during the first 100 days of lactation. The experiment has been realized in the Kurgan region. There were used four cow groups with 10 heads in each. It was determined that for increasing the ration nutrient digestibility during the prelactation period the yeast probiotic supplement "Optisaf" should be used at the rate of 30 g/head/day. The use of the supplement resulted in the increase of feed consumption by 295.63 g (1.22%) in terms of dry matter, by 282.11 g (1.26%) in terms of organic matter, by 21.08 g (0.55%) in terms of crude protein, by 7.84 g (0.81%) in terms of crude fat, by 62.23 g (1.39%) in terms of crude fiber and by 190.96 g (1.45%) in terms of nitrogen-free extractive substances in comparison with the control group. Digestibility coefficients of dry and organic matters have been shown to be higher by 2.23 and 2.13%, respectively, these of crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat and nitrogen-free extractive substances were higher as compared with the control by 2.78, 2.86, 3.47 and 1.55%, respectively. More over for the first 100 days of lactation the yield of milk of natural fat content in the experimental group of cows was 316.1 kg or 9.27% greater than that in the control and that in terms of 4% milk fat was 336.3 kg or 9.83% greater, respectively. Milk fat content in the milk of cows receiving the supplement was 11.11% greater in comparison with the control. The addition of the yeast probiotic supplement "Optisaf" to rations of high-producing cows allows improving the palatability and the general feed digestibility what finally contributes to increasing of cow performance.

Оценивали влияние 3 пробиотических добавок в рационе молочных коров черно-пестрой породы в зимне-стойловый период на переваримость и использование питательных веществ, продуктивность и состав молока в течение первых 100 дн. лактации. Опыт проводили в Курганской обл. на 4 гр. коров по 10 гол. в каждой. Установили, что с целью повышения переваримости питательных веществ рационов в период раздоя целесообразно использовать дрожжевую пробиотическую добавку "Оптисаф" в количестве 30 г на 1 гол. в сут. Ее скармливание способствует повышению уровня потребления кормов в сухом веществе на 295,63 г (1,22%), органическом - 282,11 г (1,26%), сыром протеине - 21,08 г (0,55%), сыром жире - 7,84 г (0,81%), сырой клетчатке - 62,23 г (1,39%), БЭВ - на 190,96 г (1,45%) по сравнению с контрольной группой. Установлено, что коэффициенты переваримости сухого и органического веществ на 2,23 и 2,13%, сырого протеина - на 2,78 (Р меньше 0,05), сырой клетчатки - на 2,86 (Р меньше 0,05), сырого жира - на 3,47 и БЭВ - на 1,55% были выше, чем в контроле. При этом за первые 100 дн. лактации удой молока натуральной жирности у коров опытной группы превосходил контроль на 316,1 кг, или на 9,27%, а в пересчете на 4%-ное молоко - на 336,3 кг, или на 9,83% (Р меньше 0,05), соответственно. Содержание молочного жира в молоке коров, получавших добавку, возросло на 11,11% (Р меньше 0,01) по сравнению с контролем. Скармливание высокопродуктивным коровам дрожжевой пробиотической добавки "Оптисаф" позволяет улучшить поедаемость и общую переваримость кормов рациона, что в конечном итоге способствует повышению их продуктивности.
