Genetic factors of increasing selected traits in the breeding herds of the Black-and-White cattle in the Orel region | Генетические факторы увеличения селекционных признаков в племенных стадах чёрно-пёстрого скота Орловской области

Английский. Presented are the results of breeding in 5 herds of Black-and-White breed from the Oryol region. The research carried out in 2014-2017 showed that the heritability estimate (h2) in milk yields for 305 days of the first lactation at the farms "Streletskoye" (n=717) was 0.468, it was 0.440 at the farm "Kurakinskoe" (n=322), it was 0.240 at the farm "Krasnaya zvezda" (n=181), it was 0.260 at the farm "Agrofirma Mtsenskaya" (n=523) and it was 0.422 at the agrarian enterprise named after Michurin (n=471). The heritability estimate of milk fat content (h2) in these herds was 0.005, 0.346, 0.060, 0.156 and 0.104, respectively. The repeatability factor of the growth intensity (r(w)) varied within the limits from 0.305 to 0.615-0.671, and consequently, the level of genetic determination of the live weight of heifer calves from birth till 18 months reached 61.5-67.1%; environmental factors were at the average of 32.9-38.5%. The percentage of the Holstein breed at the studied farms was from 59.8±0.6 to 76.8±0.7, which confirmed the high degree of holsteinizing the partitioned livestock (C(v)=10.8-31.0%). In the herds the milk yields of lactation for 305 days and the fat content in milk were positively correlated (r=+0.05-0.27). Due to the additive hereditary variation and successful preservation of stud bulls in the studied herds some positive genetic correlations were found between the some breeding traits of dairy productivity. High heritability estates, preferably phenotypic and genotypic correlations allow concluding that further progress can be made on selection criteria in the population. According to the results, in future the superiority of cow heifers over their mothers at the level of 261 to 1146 kg of milk and fat in milk from 0.02 to 0.18% can also be expected in other breeding herds of Black-and-White cattle in the Oryol region.

Русский. Представлены результаты селекции в 5 стадах чёрно-пёстрой породы, разводимой в Орловской области. Проведенные в 2014-2017 гг. исследования показали, что коэффициент наследуемости (h2) по удоям за 305 дней первой лактации в хозяйствах "Стрелецкое" (n=717) составил 0,468; в "Куракинское" (n=322) – 0,440; в "Красная Звезда" (n=181) – 0,240; в "Агрофирма Мценская" (n=523) – 0,260; в С.-х. предприятие им. Мичурина (n=471) – 0,422. Коэффициент наследуемости жирности молока (h2) в этих стадах равнялся 0,005; 0,346; 0,060; 0,156 и 0,104 соответственно. Коэффициент повторяемости интенсивности роста (r(w)) колебался в пределах от 0,305 до 0,615-0,671, а, следовательно, уровень генетической детерминации живой массы тёлок от рождения до 18 месяцев достигал 61,5-67,1%, на долю средовых факторов в среднем приходилось 32,9-38,5%. Кровность по голштинской породе в исследуемых хозяйствах составила от 59,8±0,6 до 76,8±0,7, что подтвердило высокую степень голштинизации секционируемого поголовья (С(v)=10,8-31,0%). В стадах положительно коррелировали удои за 305 дней лактации и содержание жира в молоке (r=+0,05-0,27). За счёт аддитивной генетической изменчивости и удачного закрепления быков-производителей в изученных стадах были получены положительные генетические корреляции между отдельными селекционными признаками молочной продуктивности. Высокие коэффициенты наследуемости, желательные фенотипические и генотипические корреляции позволяют сделать вывод о возможности дальнейшего прогресса по селекционным признакам в популяции. Согласно результатам, в перспективе можно ожидать превосходство коров-первотёлок над своими матерями на уровне от 261 до 1146 кг молока и жирности молока от 0,02 до 0,18% и в других племенных стадах чёрно-пёстрого скота Орловской области.
