Functional indicators of poikilothermic aquatic species from natural and artificial water biocenoses | Функциональные показатели пойкилотермных гидробионтов из природных и искусственных водных биоценозов

The purpose of this study was to analyze the limits of the main indicators of homeostasis in aquatic animals and fish from natural water bodies, i.e. crayfish (Astacus astacus and Pontastacus leptodactylus), fish (carp Cyprinus caprio L., tench Tinca tinca L. and catfish Silurus glanis L.), and amphibians (frogs Rana temporaria and Xenopus laevis). Here, here is the first report on hematologic, cytochemical, biochemical indicators for these species which inhabits natural water bodies or are artificially grown in the conditions of Moscow and Pskov provinces and Chuvashiya region. The reference constants of homeostasis we found are as follows: the total number of cells in crayfish hemolymph of 700 to 800 per 1 microL; the number of red blood cells in fish of 1-2 million/microL, blood leukocytes in fish of 50-150 thousand per 1 microL. Interspecific differences in haemocyte patterns between Astacus astacus and Pontastacus leptodactylus were not revealed. In fish, we found gender and species-related differences of homeostatic constants. The presence of promyelocytes, the blast forms of leukocytes, in Tinca tinca was indicative of more intensive leukopoiesis. The percentage of neutrophils was higher in male Tinca tinca due to 2- to 3-fold number of band neutrophils compared to other groups. The level of non-enzyme cationic protein in the lysosomes of neutrophils of female were higher compared to male individuals. The carbohydrate metabolism in carp and catfish, in terms of lactate concentration, was more than 3 times higher compared to tench. Among the studied amphibians, we observed interspecific and gender differences. The blood lymphocyte counts in Rana temporaria were significantly lower than that in Xenopus laevis. The total blood protein content in amphibians was 2-3%, blood glucose averaged 1-4 mmol/l, triglycerides varied from 0 to 400 mg%.

Для оценки устойчивости природных биоценозов и физиолого-иммунологического состояния гидробионтов в аквакультуре требуется определить функциональные показатели циркулирующих жидкостей гидробионтов разных систематических групп. Цель исследования - определить границы референтных значений для основных показателей гомеостаза у гидробионтов из рыбоводных и природных водоемов. Объектами исследования были речные раки (широкопалый Astacus astacus и длиннопалый Pontastacus leptodactylus), рыбы (карп Cyprinus caprio L., линь Tinca tinca L., сом обыкновенный Silurus glanis L.), амфибии (травяная лягушка Rana temporaria и гладкая шпорцевая лягушка Xenopus laevis). Изучали гематологические, цитохимические, биохимические показатели. Установлены следующие референтные значения показателей гомеостаза: общее число клеток в гемолимфе раков в пределах 700-800 в 1 мкл; у рыб число эритроцитов 1-2 млн/мкл, лейкоцитов - 50-150 тыс/мкл. Межвидовые различия гемоцитарной формулы у речных раков Astacus astacus и Pontastacus leptodactylus не выявлены. Отмечены различия по биохимическим показателям. Выявлены видовые и гендерные различия гомеостатических показателей рыб. Лейкопоэз интенсивнее происходит у линя - присутствуют бластные формы лейкоцитов (промиелоциты). Доля нейтрофилов наиболее высокая у самцов линя за счет палочкоядерных форм: в 2-3 раза больше, чем у других групп. Содержание неферментного катионного белка в лизосомах нейтрофилов у самок было больше, чем у самцов. Отмечен высокий уровень углеводного обмена у карпа и сома по содержанию лактата - более чем в 3 раза по сравнению с линем. У исследуемых видов земноводных определены референтные значения физиологических показателей и отмечены межвидовые и половые различия. Содержание лимфоцитов в крови лягушек Rana temporaria достоверно ниже, чем у Xenopus laevis. Содержание общего белка в плазме крови амфибий составляет 2-3%, глюкозы - 1-4 ммоль/л, триглицеридов - варьирует от 0 до 400 мг%.
