This study focused on sustainability assessment of household potable water facilities in Sre Chea Khang Chheung Commune, Dong Tong District, Kampot Province, Cambodia. This aims to: (1) describe the socio-demographic characteristics of the two water user groups, (2) assess the technical, institutional, and social factors affecting the sustainability, and (3) determine the sustainability levels of each potable water facility. Three aspects for assessing sustainability were adopted from the UNDP-World Bank Water and Sanitation Program by Sara and Katz (1997), namely technical, institutional, and social aspects.The sub-indicators were scored and rated in a 10-point scale and summed up then divided by the number of total sub indicators.
