The subject of this study are two-year results of yield and oil content of six NS soybean genotypes, 0 and I the maturity group (MG) in two growing localities (Rimski Šančevi and Sombor). Significantly higher oil content was recorded in 2009 compared to 2010 on both localities. the highest oil content was found in genotype Sava in 2009 in Sombor (23.03%). Genotype Sava had the higher average oil content (21.20%) on both sites, with a variation range of 20.87% at Rimski Šančevi to 21.53% in Sombor and was significantly higher than in the other genotypes tested. If we compare the growing sites, it is evident that the region of Sombor achieved relative increase in oil content of 2.09% and average oil content ws higher by 0.43% compared to the locality Rimski Šančevi.
