Results of Black-and-White cattle selection in breeding herds of the Orel region | Результаты селекции в племенных стадах черно-пестрого скота Орловской области

Английский. There are given the results of breeding in 5 Black-and-White herds of bred in the Oryol region. The research has shown that the coefficients of heritability (hE2) by milk yield for 305 days of the first lactation are as follows: 0.468 in the 1 herd (n=717), 0.440 in the 2 herd (n=322), 0.240 in the 3 herd (n=181), 0.260 in the 4 herd (n=523), and 0.422 in the 5 herd (n=471). The coefficients of heritability of the fat content in the milk produced by these herds were 0.005, 0.346, 0.060, 0.156 and 0.104, respectively. The repeatability factor for the intensity of growth (r subW) varied from 0.305 to 0.615-0.671, and, consequently, the level of genetic determination of the body weight of heifers aged from birth to 18 months reached 61.5-67.1%; environmental factors accounted for an average of 32.9-38.5%. In the studied farms, the percentage of Holstein genes was from 59.8±0.6 to 76.8±0.7, which confirmed the high degree of crossing of the sectioned livestock (C subv =10.8-31.0%). The milk yields for 305 days of lactation and the fat content in milk were positively correlated in the herds (r=+ 0.05-0.27). Due to the additive heritability and successful consolidation of sires, positive genetic correlations were found between the some breeding traits of dairy productivity in the herds studied. High coefficients of heritability, desirable phenotypic and genotypic correlations allow us to conclude that further progress can be made on selection traits in the population of cattle. According to the results, it can be expected that first-calf cows will have superiority over their mothers both in terms of milk yields – 261 to 1146 kg and fat content in milk – 0.02 to 0.18% in other breeding herds of Black-and-White cattle in the Oryol region in the future.

Русский. Приведены результаты селекции в 5 стадах черно-пестрой породы, разводимой в Орловской области. Исследования показали, что коэффициент наследуемости (hE2) по удою за 305 дней 1-й лактации в 1-ом стаде (n=717) составил 0,468, во 2-ом (n=322) - 0,440, в 3-ем (n=181) -0,240, в 4-ом (n=523) - 0,260, в 5-ом (n=471) - 0,422. Коэффициент наследуемости жирности молока в этих стадах равнялся 0,005, 0,346, 0,060, 0,156 и 0,104 соответственно. Коэффициент повторяемости интенсивности роста (r subW) колебался от 0,305 до 0,615-0,671, а, следовательно, уровень генетической детерминации живой массы телок от рождения до 18 мес достигал 61,5-67,1%, на долю средовых факторов в среднем приходилось 32,9-38,5%. Кровность по голштинской породе в исследуемых хозяйствах составила от 59,8±0,6 до 76,8±0,7, что подтвердило высокую степень голштинизации секционируемого поголовья (C subv =10,8-31,0%). В стадах положительно коррелировали удои за 305 дней лактации и содержание жира в молоке (r=+0,05-0,27). За счет аддитивной наследуемости и удачного закрепления быков-производителей в изученных стадах были получены положительные генетические корреляции между отдельными селекционными признаками молочной продуктивности. Высокие коэффициенты наследуемости, желательные фенотипические и генотипические корреляции позволяют сделать вывод о возможности дальнейшего прогресса по селекционным признакам в популяции. Согласно результатам, в перспективе можно ожидать превосходство коров-первотелок над матерями по удою от 261 до 1146 кг молока и жирности молока от 0,02 до 0,18% и в других племенных стадах черно-пестрого скота Орловской области.
