Nonspecific resistance and performance of first-calf heifers, the daughters of bulls of different genetic and immunological groups | Неспецифическая резистентность и показатели продуктивности первотелок-дочерей быков разных генетико-иммунологических групп

Английский. The surveys were carried out in the Moscow region on 2 groups of Black-and-White first-calf heifers. It was established that the first-calf heifers, being the daughters of the bull sires Holstein characterized by the stable genetic and immunological parameters (group I), have a tendency toward increasing the age at first calving, the first lactation milk yield, and the service interval. It is different in the animals produced from the bulls characterized by the uncertain genetic and immunological parameters (group II). The season specificity for the resistance of the heifers from the experimental groups was ascertained. In the spring season, the most active formation of the phagocytizing cells was observed in the body of the heifers of group II, while some decrease in the phagocytic activity was indicated in the animals of group I. In the autumn season, a decrease in the blood phagocytic activity by 21.9% (P less 0.05) was registered in the heifers of group II. In the autumn compared to the spring season, the phagocytic activity and the content of lymphocytes in blood of heifers from the latter II group decreased by 16.84% (P less 0.05) and 7.32% (P less 0.001), respectively. The 14.7% increase (P less 0.001) in the segmented neutrophils against a decrease in the phagocytic activity emerged. The variations in the values for the humoral and cellular immunity were more significant in the first-calf heifers of group-II. In the autumn season the concentrations of lymphocytes, eosinophils, phagocytic activities, and IgG in the blood serum increased as compared to the daughters of the bull sires of less stable genetic and immunological parameters. This fact may explain the higher value for the milk yield in the first-calf heifers of this group. The survey results may be considered as the precise criteria for selecting the bull sires for their genetic and immunological parameters to fix the labile immune traits into the progeny line.

Русский. Исследования проведены в Московском регионе на 2 группах первотелок черно-пестрой породы. Было установлено, что у первотелок-дочерей быков-производителей голштинской породы, имеющих стабильные генетико-иммунологические данные (I группа), установлена тенденция к повышению возраста 1 отела, удоя и сервис-периода по сравнению с показателями животных, полученных от быков с менее стабильными генетико-иммунологическими данными (II группа). Установлены сезонные особенности резистентности первотелок опытных групп. В весенний период наблюдалось наиболее активное образование фагоцитирующих клеток в организме первотелок II группы и снижение фагоцитарной активности крови у животных I группы. В осенний период отмечено снижение фагоцитарной активности на 21,91% (Р меньше 0,05) у первотелок во II группе. По сравнению с весенним периодом, осенью фагоцитарная активность и содержание лимфоцитов в крови у первотелок II группы снизились, соответственно, на 16,84% (Р меньше 0,05) и 7,32%. На фоне этого произошло увеличение сегментоядерных нейтрофилов на 14,7% (Р меньше 0,001). Колебания показателей гуморального и клеточного иммунитета были более значимыми во II группе первотелок. В осенний период концентрация лимфоцитов, эозинофилов, фагоцитарной активности крови и IgG в сыворотке крови увеличились, по сравнению с дочерями быков-производителей, имеющих менее стабильные генетико-иммунологические показатели, чем и объясняется более высокий показатель удоя первотелок данной группы. Результаты исследований могут служить определенным критерием при отборе быков-производителей по их генетико-иммунологическим показателям с целью закрепления лабильных показателей иммунитета в потомстве.
