Morphological and biochemical indicators of blood pre-little bunches at the cleaning of them -"Vitartile" additives | Морфологические и биохимические показатели крови бычков при скармливании добавки "Витартил"

Английский. Studies were carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the Vitartil preparation during the cultivation of bulls of the Bestuzhev breed in the Republic of Bashkortostan. To study the effect of various doses of the probiotic additive on the blood indicators of the Bestuzhev bulls, 5 groups were formed 10 heads in each group. In addition to the main diet, the diet of the experimental II-V groups was supplemented with a probiotic Vitartil in an amount of 0.1; 0.25; 0.5 and 0.75 g per 1 kg of live weight, respectively. Studies have shown that in summer and winter, the bulls of experimental groups showed an advantage over the peers of the control group for the content of erythrocytes. Thus, the bulls of the control group were inferior to the peers of group II in terms of the magnitude of the indicator under study in the winter period by 0.06*10Е 12/L (0.85%), III - by 0.43*10Е12/L (6.07%, P less than 0.01), IV - by 0.98*10Е12/L (13.84%, P less than 0.001), V - by 0.75*10Е12/L (10.59%, P less than 0.01), in the summer, respectively by 0.2*10Е12/L (2.50%), 0.48*10Е12/L (5.99%), 0.83*10Е12/L (10.36%) and 0.71*10Е12/L (8.86%). An analogous regularity was noted in the hemoglobin content. The found changes of morphological indices of blood were seasonal and were caused by the environmental exposure. It is connected with that in summer the keeping and feeding conditions are most favourable there by activating metabolic processes in the animal bodies causing higher productivity. In the course of the research it was established that the greatest magnitude of the studied blood indices in all seasons of the year were typical for the bulls of the IV experimental group, who received the feed additive in a dose of 0.5 g per 1 kg of live weight.

Русский. Проведены исследования по оценке эффективности применения препарата "Витартил" при выращивании бычков бестужевской породы в условиях Республики Башкортостан. Для изучения влияния различных доз пробиотической добавки на показатели крови бычков сформировали 5 групп по 10 голов. В рацион подопытных животных II-V групп помимо основного корма вводили пробиотическую добавку "Витартил" в количестве 0,1; 0,25; 0,5 и 0,75 г на 1 кг живой массы соответственно. Исследованиями установлено, что летом и зимой наблюдалось преимущество бычков опытных групп над сверстниками контрольной группы по содержанию эритроцитов. Так, бычки контрольной группы уступали сверстникам II группы по величине изучаемого показателя в зимний период на 0,06*10Е12/л (0,85%), III - на 0,43*10Е12/л (6,07%, Р меньше 0,01), IV- на 0,98*10Е12/л (13,84%, Р меньше 0,001), V - на 0,75*10Е12/л (10,59%, Р меньше 0,01), летом, соответственно, на 0,2*10Е12/л (2,50%), 0,48*10Е12/л (5,99%), 0,83*10Е12/л (10,36%) и 0,71*10Е12/л (8,86%). Аналогичную закономерность отмечали и по содержанию гемоглобина. Установленные изменения морфологических показателей крови носили сезонный характер и были обусловлены воздействием внешней среды. Это связано с тем, что летом наиболее благоприятные условия содержания и кормления, в результате чего активизируются обменные процессы в организме животных, обусловливающие более высокую продуктивность. Установлено, что наибольшей величиной изучаемых показателей крови во все сезоны года характеризовались бычки IV опытной группы, получавшие кормовую добавку в дозе 0,5 г на 1 кг живой массы.
