Optimization of milk properties at using an adsorbent and an antioxidant in the rations | Оптимизация свойств молока при использовании в рационах адсорбента и антиоксиданта

The effects of addition to the rations with a subtoxic dose of nitrates of the antioxidant vitamin C (0.040% of the dry matter standard) and "Toksi-nyl" adsorbent (2 g/kg of combined fodder) on the physico-chemical and technological properties of c milk were studied. Experiments were conducted in 2 groups of Black-and-White cows of the 2-nd lactation, 10 heads in each group. Joint feeding of the preparation "Toksi-nyl" and vitamin C increases the content of fat and proteins in milk from 3.41 to 3.68% and from 3.21 to 3.45%, respectively. In the milk of the experimental animals relative to the control counterparts the ammonia content was by 50.8% higher (2.48; 2.96 mg/l against 1.97 mg/l) with a simultaneous reduction 2.12 times of nitrates (6.30; 4.15 mg/l against 8.80 mg/l) and 2.86 times r of nitrites (0,12; 0,07 mg/l against 0.20 mg/l). After milk homogenization its nitrate reductase activity increased by 51.9%. As a result the butter making properties of the milk of milking cows of the 2nd experimental group improved: the fat content in the cream increased by 3.6% (P more than 0.95). According to the fat content the cream from the milk stock of the control group cows was classified as the 2nd grade, and of the experimental group – as the 1st grade. The samples of the butter made from the milk of the cows of the 2nd experimental group contained 2.43 times less nitrates and 2.5 times less nitrites (the experiment validity P is more than 0.95). A conclusion is made of advisability of including the studied supplements into the diet.

Изучено влияние добавления в рационы с субтоксической дозой нитратов антиоксиданта витамина С (0,040% к норме сухого вещества) и адсорбента "Токси-нил" (2 г/1 кг комбикорма) на физико-химические и технологические свойства молока. Опыты проведены на 3 гр. коров черно-пестрой породы 2-й лактации по 10 гол. в каждой. Совместное скармливание препарата "Токси-нил" и витамина С повышает содержание жира и белка в молоке с 3,41 до 3,68 % и с 3,21 до 3,45% соответственно. В молоке животных опытных групп относительно контрольных аналогов больше аммиака на 50,8% (2,48; 2,96 мг/л против1,97 мг/л) при одновременном снижении в 2,12 раза количества нитратов (6,30; 4,15 мг/л против8,80 мг/л) и в 2,86 раза – нитритов (0,12; 0,07 мг/л против 0,20 мг/л). После гомогенизации молока его нитратредуктазная активность возросла на 51,9%. Благодаря этому улучшились маслодельческие свойства молока дойных коров 2-й опытной группы: содержание жира в сливках увеличилось на 3,6% (Р больше 0,95). По показателю жирности сливки из молочного сырья коров контрольной группы были отнесены ко II сорту, опытной группы – к I сорту. В образцах сливочного масла из опытных образцов молока коров 2-й опытной группы содержалось меньше нитратов в 2,43 раза и нитритов – в 2,5 раза. Достоверность результатов опытов Р больше 0,95. Сделан вывод о целесообразности включения в рацион изученных добавок.
