Английский. In the modern conditions, the innovative development of agriculture in Russia has a positive effect on the growth of the competitiveness of the industry. It should be noted that there are hidden reserves, the use of which will make a breakthrough in the development of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) of the Russian Federation in the coming decade. One of them is the achievement of the goals of the digital transformation of the country's economy, by which, in a general sense, is commonly understood as economic activity based on digital technologies. The development of digital technologies in various spheres of life has received increased attention on the part of the state in these economic conditions. The AIC today is one of the most dynamic and promising points of application of new technologies. The digital transformation of agriculture will have a significant impact on the development of the entire AIC. Technological solutions that are currently offered and will be implemented in the near future are most likely to initiate both an increase in the value of land and an increase in the productivity of crops from one hectare. It is expected that the display and coordination of material and transport flows using digital tools will improve their efficiency and transparency, as well as improve the working conditions. However, the digitalization of the Russian AIC still seriously lags behind the developed countries. In the USA, Germany and the UK, the share of IT specialists in the total number of workers in the AIC exceeds 4%. In Russia, this is only 2.4%. Scientists and specialists consider the effective use of production resources as the base value of the digital transformation of the economy.

Русский. В современных условиях инновационное развитие сельского хозяйства в России оказывает положительное влияние на рост конкурентоспособности отрасли. При этом необходимо отметить, что имеются скрытые резервы, использование которых позволит сделать прорыв в развитии АПК Российской Федерации в ближайшее десятилетие. Один из них - достижение целей цифровой трансформации экономики страны, под которой в общем смысле принято понимать экономическую деятельность, основанную на цифровых технологиях. В настоящих экономических условиях развитию цифровых технологий в различных сферах жизни уделяется повышенное внимание со стороны государства. Агропромышленный комплекс сегодня – это одна из наиболее динамичных и перспективных точек приложения новых технологий. Цифровая трансформация сельского хозяйства окажет существенное влияние на развитие всего агропромышленного комплекса. Технологические решения, которые предлагаются в настоящий момент и будут реализованы в ближайшей перспективе с большой долей вероятности инициируют как рост стоимости земельных угодий, так и увеличение производительности агрокультур с одного гектара. Ожидается, что отображение и согласование вещественных и транспортных потоков с помощью цифровых инструментов позволит повысить их эффективность и прозрачность, а также улучшить условия труда. Однако пока цифровизация АПК России серьезно отстает от развитых стран. В США, Германии и Великобритании доля IT-специалистов от общего количества работников в АПК превышает 4%. В России этот - только 2,4%. В качестве базовой ценности от цифровой трансформации экономики учеными и специалистами рассматривается эффективное использование производственных ресурсов.
