In modern conditions, the role of adaptive plant breeding in the creation of varieties that combine high potential productivity with resistance to biotic and abiotic stressors significantly increases. The use of computer databases and information technologies can improve the evaluation of breeding material and identify the most valuable genotypes. There is a problem of creating varieties that combine high yield potential with tolerance to adverse environmental factors. (Research purpose) The research purpose is the assessment of the expression of the most important features that determine the productivity and adaptability of oilseed flax varieties to the conditions of insufficient and unstable moisture in the South of Russia using statistical analysis programs to identify the most adaptive genotypes with high productivity and breeding value. (Materials and methods) The studies were carried out for 8 varieties of flax oil, created in different climatic conditions: VNIIMK 620, FLIZ, Rucheek, Nebesny, Raduga, Avangard, Svetlyachok, Sokol variety for six years on the territory of the Don Experimental Station in the zone of insufficient and unstable moisture. The experiments were performed in 4-fold repetition on plots with an accounting area of 25 m². Statistical processing of the data was performed in Excel and Statistica 6.0. We calculated the parameters of plasticity, stability, homeostasis and breeding value of varieties. (Results and discussion) The estimation of the yield potential and stress resistance of oilseed flax genotypes in different ways in contrasting weather conditions was carried out. We determined the highest average yield in different conditions varieties of the Avangarde, VNIIMK 620, Nebesny. We revealed maximum genetic flexibility in varieties VNIIMK 620 and the Avangarde. We performed the calculation of the drought resistance index, which amounted to 17.7-26.8 percent. The greatest value of this indicator was observed in the varieties Svetliychok, Rucheek, FLIZ and VNIIMK 620. Yield values obtained under contrasting conditions was analyzed. We determined the adaptive ability of genotypes in the varieties Nebesny, Raduga and Avangarde, based on the calculation of the coefficient of linear regression, as well as dispersion, characterizing the stability of the variety in different environmental conditions, as well as the high adaptability of Raduga and Avangarde varieties created in conditions of insufficient moisture, manifested in extreme conditions, is shown. (Conclusion) Varieties of Svetliychok and Rucheek, having the lowest variability and low regression coefficient, have the greatest homeostaticity, manifested by a smaller decrease in yield with deteriorating growing conditions. The revealed drought resistance of these varieties is of interest in further breeding. The study of oilseed flax in contrasting conditions determined the highest breeding value in varieties of Rucheek, Svetliychok and VNIIMK 620. Genotypes, combining high stability and plasticity, allow not only to occupy the appropriate ecological niche, but also to accelerate the process of creating a new variety.

В современных условиях значительно возрастает роль адаптивной селекции растений при создании сортов, сочетающих высокую потенциальную продуктивность с устойчивостью к биотическим и абиотическим стрессорам. Применение компьютерных баз данных и информационных технологий позволяет повысить эффективность оценки селекционного материала и выявить наиболее ценные генотипы. Существует проблема создания сортов, сочетающих высокий потенциал урожайности с толерантностью к неблагоприятным факторам среды. (Цель исследования) Оценить степень выраженности наиболее важных признаков, определяющих продуктивность и адаптивность сортов льна масличного к условиям недостаточного и неустойчивого увлажнения юга России с использованием программ статистического анализа для выявления наиболее адаптивных генотипов, обладающих высокой продуктивностью и селекционной ценностью. (Материалы и методы) Исследовали восемь сортов льна масличного, созданных в различных климатических условиях: ВНИИМК 620, ФЛИЗ, Ручеек, Небесный, Радуга, Авангард, Святлячок, Сокол в течение шести лет на территории Донской опытной станции в зоне недостаточного и неустойчивого увлажнения. Опыты закладывали в 4-кратной повторности на делянках с учетной площадью 25 квадратных метров. Выполнили статистическую обработку полученных данных в Excel и по программе Statistica 6.0. Рассчитали параметры пластичности, стабильности, гомеостатичности и селекционной ценности сортов. (Результаты и обсуждение) Оценили различными способами потенциалы урожайности и стрессоустойчивости генотипов льна масличного в контрастных погодных условиях. Определили наибольшую среднюю урожайность сортов Авангард, ВНИИМК 620, Небесный. В различных условиях выявили максимальную генетическую гибкость у сортов ВНИИМК 620 и Авангард. Произвели расчет индекса засухоустойчивости, составивший 17,7-26,8 процентов. Отметили наибольший показатель данного признака у сортов Светлячок, Ручеек, ФЛИЗ и ВНИИМК 620. Проанализировали урожайность, полученную в контрастных условиях. Определили адаптивную способность генотипов сортов Небесный, Радуга и Авангард, основанную на расчете коэффициента линейной регрессии, дисперсию, характеризующую стабильность сорта в различных условиях среды, а также высокую адаптивность созданных в условиях недостаточного увлажнения, сортов Радуга и Авангард, проявляющуюся в экстремальных условиях. (Выводы) Сорта Светлячок и Ручеек, имеющие наименьшую вариабельность и низкий коэффициент регрессии, обладают наибольшей гомеостатичностью, проявляющейся меньшим снижением урожая при ухудшении условий выращивания. Выявленная засухоустойчивость этих сортов представляет интерес в дальнейшей селекции. Отметили наибольшую селекционную ценность у сортов Ручеек, Светлячок и ВНИИМК 620 в контрастных условиях. Генотипы, сочетающие высокую стабильность и пластичность, позволяют не только занять соответствующую экологическую нишу, но и ускорить процесс создания нового сорта.
