Pathocomplex of soil micromycetes associated with root and foot rots of strawberry in some regions of Russia | Патокомплекс почвенных микромицетов, ассоциирующихся с корневыми и прикорневыми гнилями земляники, в некоторых регионах России

The studies were aimed at clarifying the composition of micromycetes associated with root and foot rots of strawberry, as well as the identification of species succession in pathological processes with the analysis of the environmental factors contributing to the development of the diseases. Phytosanitary surveys of plantations, as well as the selection of plant and soil samples, were carried out in the Moscow, Tula, Bryansk, Voronezh and Orenburg regions, in the Krasnodar Krai and in the Chechen Republic in 2006–2018. The isolates of fungi and pseudofungi were identified on the basis of microscopy and morphometry using reference guides. The refining diagnostics of Phytophthoracactorum, P. nicotianae and Colletotrichumacutatum species was carried out by the method of polymerase chain reaction. Strawberry root rot was noted in all regions. Their most intensive development was observed in ground greenhouses, when the culture was grown in the open ground with mulching by black film in 3-year-old and older plantings, as well as in the southern regions (in the Krasnodar Krai and the Chechen Republic). At the same time, in addition to direct damage to the root system, symptoms were recorded on the above-ground parts of the plants. Most root and foot rots had a complex etiology. The dominant agent (prevalence of more than 60%) in the Moscow region was oomycete P.cactorum; besides it we found C. destructans, Rh. solani,P.nicotianae, and Pythiumspp. In three regions (Moscow and Orenburg regions and the Chechen Republic), Rh. solani, C. destructans and Fusariumspp. fungi were the most frequently included in micromycetepathocomplexes associated with black root rot. Rare species of Acremonium, Penicillium, Helicosporium, Mucor, Acremoniella (Harzia), Chalara, Arthrobotrys, and Monochaetia genera were also present in the micromycete complexes in different regions.

Цели исследования - уточнить составмикромицетов, ассоциирующихся с корневыми и прикорневыми гнилями земляники, а также выявить сукцессии видов в патологических процессах и провести анализ экологических факторов, способствующих развитию болезней. Фитосанитарные обследования насаждений, отбор растительных образцов и почвы осуществляли в Московской, Тульской, Брянской, Воронежской и Оренбургской областях, в Краснодарском крае и Чеченской Республике в 2006–2018 гг. Изоляты грибов и псевдогрибов идентифицировали на основе микроскопирования и морфометрии по справочникам-определителям. Уточняющую диагностику видов Phytophthoracactorum, P. nicotianae и Colletotrichumacutatum осуществляли методом полимеразной цепной реакции. Корневые гнили земляники отмечали во всех регионах. Наиболее интенсивное их развитие наблюдали в грунтовых теплицах и при выращивании культуры в открытом грунте с мульчированием черной пленкой в посадках 3 лет и старше, а также в южных регионах (Краснодарский край и Чеченская Республика). При этом кроме непосредственного поражения корневой системы фиксировали симптомы на надземных частях растений. Большинство корневых и прикорневых гнилей имело комплексную этиологию. Доминирующим возбудителем (распространенность более 60%) в Московской области был оомицет P. cactorum, кроме него присутствовали C. destructans, Rh. solani, P. nicotianae, Pythiumspp. В патокомплексымикромицетов, ассоциирующихся с черной корневой гнилью, в трех регионах (Московская и Оренбургская области и Чеченская республика) наиболее часто входили грибы Rh. solani, C. destructans и Fusariumspp. В комплексах микромицетов в разных регионах присутствовали также редкие виды из родов Acremonium, Penicillium, Helicosporium, Mucor, Acremoniella (Harzia), Chalara, Arthrobotrys, Monochaetia.
