Import substitution in the market of power capacities for development of agriculture of Russia | Импортозамещение на рынке энергетических мощностей для развития сельского хозяйства России

Английский. There were assessed the prospects of import substitution in the market of energy capacity for the development of agriculture in Russia. The dynamics of renewal of the fleet of agricultural machinery is estimated. The estimated need to update the fleet of agricultural tractors is at least 44.5 thousand units per year, and the cost of such modernization may reach 180 billion rubles. On the basis of a detailed analysis of the production intensity in Russia of carriers of power capacities for agriculture, as well as mechanisms of state support of agricultural machinery, recommendations on the formation of conditions for import substitution in the markets of self-propelled equipment in the country are given. In most countries of the world the mechanism of supporting agricultural machine building is a part of the integrated mechanism of supporting machine building. In the conditions of the current agrarian production the requirement for accurately performing technological operations grows, so a demand for energy intensive and productive agricultural equipment machinery equipped by geolocation systems, precision farming systems and other systems of digital agriculture is formed. The complex state support both of enterprises producing equipment, designing new samples, developing innovations, and agricultural producers modernizing the machinery fleet and introducing new technologies. it is important to reduce the production energy intensity and to increase its economic efficiency, as well as to promote domestic machinery in foreign markets.

Русский. Оценивали перспективы импортозамещения на рынке энергетических мощностей для развития сельского хозяйства в России. Прослежена динамика обновления парка с.-х. техники. Оценочная потребность обновления парка с.-х. тракторов составляет не менее 44,5 тыс. ед. в год, причем затраты на такую модернизацию могут достичь порядка 180 млрд рублей. На основе детального анализа интенсивности производства в России носителей энергетических мощностей для сельского хозяйства, а также механизмов государственной поддержки с.-х. машиностроения даны рекомендации по формированию условий импортозамещения на рынках самоходной техники в стране. В большинстве стран мира механизм поддержки с.-х. машиностроения является частью комплексного механизма поддержки машиностроения. В условиях современного аграрного производства растет потребность в точности выполнения технологических операций, поэтому формируется спрос на энергоёмкую и производительную с.-х. технику, оборудованную системами геолокации, точного земледелия и др. системами цифрового сельского хозяйства. Необходима комплексная государственная поддержка как предприятий, производящих с.-х. технику, разрабатывающих новые её образцы, осваивающих инновации, так и с.-х. производителей, модернизирующих парк техники и внедряющих новых технологии. Важно снизить энергоёмкость производства и повысить его экономическую эффективность, а также способствовать продвижению отечественной техники на внешних рынках.
