Productive traits of the hybrid bird created on the basis of gene-pool breeds of hens | Продуктивные качества гибридов генофондных пород кур

Two-breed hybrids (TBH) and three-breed hybrids (ThBH) from the crosses of gene pool Poltavskay glinistaya, New Hampshire, Zagorskaya lososevaya, Pervomajskaya and Cheshskaya zolotistaya are included in the bioresource genetic collection of rare and endangered chicken breeds (the All-Russian Institute of Farm Animal Genetics and Breeding). The aim of the study was to evaluate the economically significant characteristics of TBH and ThBH birds obtained from crossing gene pool breeds in the bioresource collection. Qualitative characteristics of the eggs and the productive characteristics of the hybrid bird are evaluated in comparison with the parent and progenitor forms. By the number of eggs per average laying egg, during the first 5 months of laying, TBH of New Hampshire fathers and mothers of Zagorskaya lososevaya breed showed absolute heterosis, exceeding the indicators of male parent by 5.7% (P less than 0.001), and female parent by 4.3% (P less than 0.001). Descendants of TBH of New Hampshire fathers and Zagorskaya lososevaya mothers with roosters of the Cheshskaya zolotistaya breed exceeded the indicators of paternal hens by 10.5% (P less than 0.001), female parents by 2.7% (P less than 0.001). ThBH hens had a lower live weight, due to the influence of the paternal form of the Cheshskaya zolotistaya breed. As a result of lower live weight, in ThBH hens there is a decrease in feed intake and feed consumption per unit of egg production, while maintaining a high weight of eggs and level of egg production. In terms of egg mass, ThBH birds did not differ from TBH mothers. TBH from fathers of New Hampshire and mothers Zagorskaya lososevaya breed have a higher content of yolk in egg (28.3%) compared to other hybrids. This is a result of high (28.2%) value of the paternal forms strengthened by the maternal value (29.1%) of Zagorskaya lososevaya breed, the highest in our study. In terms of energy value of eggs (199.7 kcal), New Hampshire - Zagorskaya lososevaya hybrids exceeded female parent form by 44.1 kcal (22%, P less than 0.001). ThBH showed intermediate inheritance by characteristics of the nutritional value of eggs. 3 groups of hybrid birds out of 4 surpassed their male and female parents in terms of egg productivity. Hybrids obtained on the basis of gene pool breeds are promising for small forms of management.

В биоресурсную генетическую коллекцию редких и исчезающих пород кур, поддерживаемую ВНИИ генетики и разведения с.-х. животных, внесены двухпородные (ДПГ) и трёхпородные гибриды (ТПГ) от скрещивания генофондных пород полтавская глинистая, нью-гемпшир, загорская лососевая, первомайская и чешская золотистая. Цель исследования – оценка хозяйственно значимых характеристик ДПГ и ТПГ птицы, полученной от скрещивания генофондных пород. По количеству яиц на среднюю несушку за первые 5 месяцев яйцекладки ДПГ отцов нью-гемпшир и матерей загорской лососевой породы показали абсолютный гетерозис, превысив показатели кур отцовской формы на 5,7% (P меньше 0,001), а кур материнской формы – на 4,3% (P меньше 0,001). Потомки ДПГ отцов нью-гемпшир и матерей загорской лососевой с петухами чешской золотистой породы превысили показатели яйценоскости кур отцовской формы на 10,5% (P меньше 0,001), материнской формы на 2,7% (P меньше 0,001). ТПГ куры имеют более низкую живую массу вследствие влияния отцовской формы чешской золотистой породы. В результате снижения живой массы, у ТПГ кур сокращается потребление кормов и повышается оплата корма продукцией при сохранении высокой массы яиц и уровня яичной продуктивности. По массе яиц ТПГ не отличаются от двухпородных матерей. У ДПГ от отцов нью-гемпшир и матерей загорской лососевой породы более высокое содержание желтка в яйце (28,3%), по сравнению с другими гибридами. Это результат высокого показателя (28,2%) отцовской формы, усиленного наивысшим в исследовании материнским показателем (29,1%) загорской лососевой породы. Гибриды нью-гемпшир – загорская лососевая по энергетической ценности яйца (199,7 ккал) превзошли кур нью-гемпшир (отцовской формы) на 24% (P меньше 0,001), а материнской формы – на (22%, P меньше 0,001). ТПГ показали промежуточное наследование по характеристикам питательной ценности яиц. 3 группы гибридной птицы из 4-х превзошли родительские формы по уровню яичной продуктивности. Гибриды, полученные на основе генофондных пород, перспективны для малых форм хозяйствования.
