The experimental-and-theoretical studies of grain flattening's feeding device | Экспериментально-теоретические исследования питающего устройства плющилки зерна

The constructive-and-technological and structural schemes of forage grains conditioner with feeding device, consisting of feeding cylinder with straight blades mounted in the frame under the feeding hopper under regulated window, and the supply channel for direction of the grain coming off of the feeding cylinder's blades in the conditioning's area of conditioner's working cylinders have been developed developed. The feeding device's design documentation is made, according to which its experimental sample is executed. It is theoretically found that at the speed of V0 (the grains' input speed in the V0=Vmax=omegaR flattening working area) the highest grain flattening zone is observed. It is experimentally investigated that the cylinder's rotational speed changing in relation to feeding device n, the number of cylinder's blades z, the feeding cylinder's diameter of the device D, the feeding cylinder of installation's height in relative to the working area of flattening h, the angle of the blades' declining of the cylinder alpha is dramatically changing the main technical-and-economical indicators of the technological process of flattened grain feed obtaining – capacity (throughput ability) of machine Q (t/h) and specific energy consumption E (kW*h/t). The using of the feeding device with the optimal values of its design-and-technological parameters on the grain conditioner leads to the flattening productivity in 2.08 times increasing, the process's energy intensity in 1.6 times reducing. Research allows at the design stage a grain conditioner with a feeding device to develop, that has working process's minimum energy consumption, the maximum possible throughput ability and product's high quality.

Разработаны конструктивно-технологическая и структурная схемы плющилки фуражного зерна с питающим устройством, состоящим из питающего вальца с прямыми лопастями, смонтированного в корпусе под питательным бункером над регулируемым окном, и подводящего канала для направления зерна, сходящего с лопастей питающего вальца в зону плющения рабочими вальцами плющилки. Выполнена конструкторская документация на питающее устройство, согласно которой изготовлен его экспериментальный образец. Теоретически установлено, что при скорости V0 (скорости ввода зерновки в рабочую зону плющения V0=Vmax=омега R) наблюдается наибольшая пропускная способность плющилки зерна. Экспериментально изучено, что изменение частоты вращения вальца питающего устройства n, числа лопаток вальца z, диаметра вальца питающего устройства D, высоты установки питающего вальца относительно рабочей зоны плющения h, угла наклона лопаток вальца альфа существенно меняет основные технико-экономические показатели технологического процесса получения плющеного зернового корма – производительность (пропускную способность) машины Q (т/ч) и удельное потребление энергии Э (кВт*ч/т). Использование питающего устройства с оптимальными величинами его конструктивно-технологических параметров на плющилке зерна приводит к повышению производительности плющения в 2,08 раза, снижает энергоемкость процесса в 1,6 раза. Исследования позволяют на стадии проектирования разработать плющилку зерна с питающим устройством, обладающую минимальной энергоемкостью рабочего процесса, максимально возможной пропускной способностью и высоким качеством производимого продукта.
