Le Plan d’action mondial contre la peste bovine est le plan opérationnel international qui présente les activités à mener en cas de réapparition de la peste bovine. Il suit une approche de cycle de gestion des urgences aux fins de préparation à une éventuelle réémergence de la maladie et aux fins de prévention, de détection, de réponse et de rétablissement, et décrit les responsabilités afférentes à chaque phase du cycle aux niveaux national, régional/continental et international.
