Французский. Analyse technico-économique d'un échantillon de 30 exploitations productions de lait en Sud-Ouest (Midi-Pyrénées et Aquitaine). Résultats de l'année 1988 et évolution par rapport à l'année précédente. Les caractéristiques des exploitations étudiées sont replacées dans le contexte régional de l'élevage bovin laitier, notamment à partir des résultats du RGA 88. L'accent est mis sur l'analyse de la diversité des modes de production notamment par la mise en évidence de "profils d'exploitation" correspondent à diverses logiques de fonctionnement et de développement.

The characteristics of the studied farms are placed in the regional context of dairy cattle farming using the 88 RGA results. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of the diversity of production methods by demonstrating the existence of "farm profiles" corresponding to various operation and development logics.
