Французский. Nous abordons dans cette note principalement les deux questions suivantes : pourquoi suivre la biodiversité en forêt ? Notamment, parce que la gestion forestière exerce des pressions uniques sur la biodiversité, et que la biodiversité en forêt est pour partie propre à ce milieu ; que suivre en forêt et comment ? Nous militons ici pour la vérification de la qualité des indicateurs actuellement utilisés et pour une réflexion pour le suivi temporel d'espèces forestières.

Mainly because forest management induces specific pressures on biodiversity, and because forest biodiversity is partly composed of species that re mainly present in forests; what should be monitored and how? We here propose that the quality of presently used biodiversity indicators be checked, and that a specific reflection should be done on the monitoring of species in forests.
