Thopeutica (Thopeutica) barsevskisi sp.n. is described from Philippines, Visayas, Bohol. It is characterized by blunt tridentate metallic green labrum, sharp pointed elytra sutural tooth, and bottle-shaped aedeagus with semi hook-like recurved apex.
