Concerns about air quality are more and more commonplace at global level. Livestock facilities are considered the main source of air pollution. Suspended particles are considered the main factor contributing to the degradation of air quality in livestock facilities. Particle Sources are food, bedding, animals and their feces. Organic dust in livestock facilities consists of cereals and other particles of plant origin, animal pants, urine, faeces, microorganisms, etc. Dust particles can carry hazardous substances, such as pathogens of bacteria, viruses, endotoxins and other organic substances. An inevitable detail in the air quality control process is measuring the concentration of dust. The OPCN2 measures particle size PM1, PM2.5 and PM10. Measurement of dust concentration in ambient laboratory air can be carried out with satisfactory precision using it. To create a more complete image of the structure of the particles of the formed mixture, a microscopic analysis is required.
