В 2015 г. в плёночных теплицах на 4 сортах салата цикорного (Frissegrossepommatseule, Миледи, Весенний и Ред Болл) изучали влияние различных схем размещения растений (20х15, 20х20 и 20х30 см) и сроков посева (21 марта для весеннего оборота и 5 июля для осеннего оборота)на накопление пигментов листьями цикорного салата эндивия (CichoriumendiviaL.). В листьях определяли содержание хлорофиллова, bи каротиноидов. Проведённые исследования показали, что накопление пигментов листьями растений в большой степени зависело от сортовых особенностей салата цикорного, в частности повышенным накоплением каротиноидов отличался сорт Миледи. Различные сорта эндивия по-разному реагировали на изменение площади питания и сроки посадки. Было выявлено, что ни площадь питания, ни сортовые особенности эндивия существенно не отразились на величине отношения хлорофилла a к хлорофиллу b;вероятно, изучаемые факторы не оказывают влияния на светособирающий комплекс тилакоидных мембран исследуемых сортов эндивия. Сроки посадки растений повлияли на накопление растениями хлорофилла и каротиноидов. Растения сорта Frissegrossepommatseule во всех вариантах в весеннем обороте накапливали пигменты сильнее (в 1,8-3,3 раза), чем растения, выращенные в осеннем обороте.

In 2015 in greenhouses on 4 varieties of cycora lettuce ('Frisse grosse pommat seule', 'Milady', 'Veseny', and 'Red Ball') the influence of different planting schemes (20x15, 20x20 and 20x30 cm) and sowing terms (21 March for spring crop rotation and 5 July for autumn crop rotation) on the accumulation of pigments by leaves of cycoraendivia lettuce (Cichorium Eendivia Ll.) was studied. The content of chlorophylls a, b, and carotenoids was determined in the leaves. The studies have shown that the accumulation of pigments in the leaves of plants was largely dependent on the varietal characteristics of the cycora salad; in particular, the Milady variety was characterized by increased accumulation of carotenoids. Different varieties of endive reacted differently to changes in the feeding area and planting times. It was found that neither the feeding area nor the varietal characteristics of endive significantly affected the value of the ratio of chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b., probably the studied factors do not affect the light-absorbing complex of the thylacoid membranes of the endive varieties under study. The timing of planting affected the accumulation of chlorophyll and carotenoids in plants. Plants of the 'Frisse grosse pomat seul'e variety in all variants accumulated pigments stronger (in 1.8-3.3 times) in the spring turn than plants grown in the autumn turn.
