Математическая модель по выбору технологий возделывания зерновых культур | Mathematical model for choosing grain crops cultivation technologies

Русский. Проведены исследования (2018-2020 гг.) по повышению эффективности с.-х. производства за счет выбора технологии и технических средств с помощью математической модели, учитывающей особенности расположения и производственные условия хозяйства. Выделены лимитирующие факторы развития зернового производства: увлажнение и сумма температур в вегетационный период, безморозный период и др. Рассмотрены технологии основной обработки почв, обеспечивающих минимизацию воздействия лимитирующих факторов на урожайность. Представлена обобщенная структурная схема процесса выбора технологий и технических средств при возделывании зерновых культур. Сформированы ограничения, влияющие на выбор агротехнологии: почвенно-климатические условия, фитосанитарная обстановка, севооборот, наличие семян и техники и др. Обоснованы критерии оптимизации, которые позволяют выбирать технологии и технические средства, обеспечивая снижение затрат, энергосбережение и экономию трудовых ресурсов при соблюдении заданных агротехнических сроков выполнения технологических операций. Разработана математическая модель, в которую вошли следующие ограничения: учет агроклиматического расположения хозяйства, учет кадрового потенциала, выполнение заданного объема работ. Модель дает возможность оценить агротехнологию и технические средства по следующим параметрам: минимальной величине прямых затрат, минимальному расходу горюче-смазочных материалов и необходимому числу механизаторов для реализации агротехнологии. На основе данной модели будет разработано программное обеспечение и проведена апробация полученных результатов на данных конкретного хозяйства. Использование программного обеспечения позволит повысить эффективность с.-х. производства за счет обоснованного принятия управленческих решений сельхозтоваропроизводителю в области выбора и реализации технологий.

Research has been conducted (2018-2020) to improve the efficiency of agricultural production by choosing technology and technical equipment with a mathematical model, taking into account the peculiarities of location and production conditions of a farm. The limiting factors of the development of grain production are highlighted such as moisture content and the sum of temperatures during the growing season, frost-free period, etc. Basic soil tillage technologies that minimize the impact of limiting factors on the yield are considered. A generalized block diagram of the selection process of technologies and technical means for the crop cultivation is presented. Constraints are formed that affect the choice of agricultural technology such as soil and climatic conditions, phytosanitary conditions, crop rotation, availability of seeds and equipment, etc. Optimization criteria have been substantiated that allow choosing technologies and technical means, ensuring cost reduction, energy saving and labor saving while following the specified agrotechnical deadlines of technological operations. A mathematical model has been developed that includes the following restrictions: the agro-climatic location of the farm, personnel potential, and fulfillment of a given amount of work. The model allows evaluating agricultural technology and technical means according to the following parameters: the minimum amount of direct costs, the minimum consumption of fuel and lubricants and the necessary number of machine operators for the implementation of agricultural technology. This model will become the basis of the software, which will be used to test the results and data obtained on a specific farm. The use of this software will increase the efficiency of agricultural production by making informed management decisions for agricultural producers in the selection and implementation of technologies.
