Видовая структура популяции иксодовых клещей, обитающих в Ишимском районе Тюменской области | THE SPECIES STRUCTURE OF THE POPULATION OF IXODID TICKS I NHABITING THE ISHIM DISTRICT OF THE TYUMEN REGION

To control the number of ixodid ticks, it is necessary to constantly study the characteristics of dispersal, to observe the variation in the population structure of the parasites themselves and their hosts. The aim of the research was to study the structure of the population of ixodid ticks common in an area located within the boundaries of three natural and climatic zones - subtaiga, northern and southern forest-steppe. There were carried out observations of the ixodid fauna in the Ishim district of the Tyumen region in the period from 2002 to 2020, where there were collected 2.197 individuals of ixodid ticks. It has been found that ixodids of the species I. persulcatus. The domination index (ID) is 74.01 ± 6.42% prevail in the study area. D. reticulatus is significantly inferior to its position and is only - 25.35 ± 5.26%, the steppe tick D. marginatus is extremely rare in this area and is only - 0.64 ± 0.82% of the total collection. In natural stations, 914 adults of ticks were caught in 33 flag-hours of two species - Ixodes persulcatus - 702 individuals (76.81%) and D. reticulatus – 212 individuals (23.19%). The average index of the abundance of ticks collected from vegetation was 27.7 ± 1.02 individuals per flag-hour. When examining domestic animals, 1283 adults of ixodid ticks were removed, which were identified as Ixodes persulcatus - 924 individuals (72.02 ± 6.73%), D. reticulatus - 345 individuals (26.89 ± 6.70%) and D. marginatus - 14 individuals (1.09 ± 0.60%). In the Ishim region, ixodid ticks were found in 87.64 ± 3.68% of animals, while on each examined animal, 2.83 ± 0.38 ixodids were found. Among domestic animals, ticks are most susceptible to attack by dogs, with the occurrence index (OI) is 93.75%, with OI - 6.75 individuals and horses with OI - 92.86 with OI - 6.64 individuals.

Русский. Для контроля над численностью иксодовых клещей необходимо постоянное изучение особенностей расселения, наблюдение за вариацией структуры популяции самих паразитов и их прокормителей. Цель исследований - изучить структуру популяции иксодовых клещей, распространенных в районе, расположенном в границах трех природно-климатических зон: подтайги, северной и южной лесостепи. Наблюдения за фауной иксодид проводили в Ишимском районе Тюменской области в период с 2002 по 2020 гг., где собрали 2197 особей иксодовых клещей. В результате проведённых исследований установлено, что в районе исследования преобладают иксодиды вида Ixоdes persulcatus индекс доминирования (ИД) 74,01±6,42%. Dermacentor reticulatus значительно уступает свои позиции и составляет лишь 25,35±5,26%, степной клещ D. marginatus крайне редко встречается в этом районе и составляет лишь 0,64±0,82% от общих сборов. В природных стациях отловили 914 имаго клещей за 33 флаго-часа двух видов: I. persulcatus - 702 особи (76,81%) и D. reticulatus - 212 особей (23,19%). Средний показатель индекса обилия (ИО) клещей при сборе с растительности составил 27,70±1,02 особей на флаго-час. При осмотре домашних животных сняли 1283 имаго иксодовых клещей, которые идентифицированы как I. persulcatus - 924 особи (72,02±6,73%), D. reticulatus - 345 особей (26,89±6,70%) и D. marginatus - 14 особей (1,09±0,60%).
