Влияние параметров световой среды на содержание хлорофилла в листьях рассады томата и их оптические свойства | Impact of light environment parameters on the chlorophill content in tomato transplant leaves and their optical properties

Английский. There was studied the influence of light factors on the optical properties and the content of chlorophyll in the leaves of tomato transplants. Variable factors are photoperiod (12 and 16 hours), light quality (Sp1 and Sp2), irradiation (low 100, medium 170 and high 240 micromol/m/s levels). Measurements were taken on the lower, middle, and upper tiers of plant leaves. Chlorophyll content was measured with a CCM-200 device. The optical density of the leaves was determined in the blue, green and red ranges by a DP-1M densitometer. The thickness of the leaves was measured by an electronic micrometer. Different spectra in two irradiation facilities were created by a combination of fluorescent lamps and blue LEDs. In the first facility with the Sp1 spectrum the proportion of blue radiation was 10% higher than in the other one (Sp2). Significant differences were found in the variability of optical indicators and their sensitivity to environmental factors. The advantages of the method for assessing the influence of factors of the light environment by the optical density of the leaves in the spectral ranges in comparison with the CCM-200 chlorophyll meter are shown. A difference was revealed in the strength of the action of factors of the light environment on individual indicators of the optical properties of the leaf. It has been found that the smallest coefficient of variation (2.5%) of the indicators considered in the work is related to the optical densities of the leaf in the red and green spectral bands. The studies confirmed the perspectives of assessing the quality of the light environment in order to increase the energy efficiency of photoculture and the environmental friendliness of the irradiation process by choosing the most effective light source for the optical properties of plant leaves and specified the requirements for technological tools for measuring them.

Русский. Исследовали влияние факторов световой среды на оптические свойства и содержание хлорофилла в листьях рассады томата. Варьируемые факторы – фотопериод (12 и 16 часов), спектр излучения (Sp1 и Sp2), облученность (низкий 100, средний 170 и высокий 240 мкмоль/м/с уровни). Измерения вели на нижнем, среднем и верхнем ярусе листьев растения. Содержание хлорофилла измеряли прибором CCM-200. Оптическую плотность листьев определяли в синем, зеленом и красном диапазонах денситометром ДП-1М. Толщину листа измеряли электронным микрометром. Разные спектры в двух облучательных установках создавали комбинацией люминесцентных ламп и синих светодиодов. В одной установке со спектром Sp1 доля синего излучения была выше на 10%, чем в другой (Sp2). Выявлены существенные различия в вариабельности оптических показателей и их чувствительности к факторам световой среды. Показано преимущество способа оценки влияния факторов световой среды по оптической плотности листьев в спектральных диапазонах по сравнению с хлорофиллметром CСM-200. Выявлено различие в силе действия факторов световой среды на отдельные показатели оптических свойств листа. Обнаружено, что наименьший коэффициент вариации (2,5%) из рассмотренных в работе показателей имеет отношение оптических плотностей листа в красном и зеленом спектральных диапазонах. Проведенные исследования подтвердили перспективность оценки качества световой среды в целях повышения энергоэффективности светокультуры и экологичности процесса облучения за счет выбора наиболее эффективного источника света по оптическим свойствам листьев растений и конкретизировали требования к техническим средствам для их измерения.
