The influence of mineral additive 'Helavit-A' on the gain and blood indicators of the kalmyk breed's young growth in the first months of life | Влияние минеральной добавки 'Хелавит-А' на прирост и показатели крови молодняка калмыцкой породы в первые месяцы жизни

Английский. The research objective was studying the influence of feed mineral additive 'Helavit-A' on the organisms of the calves of the Kalmyk breed of meat direction. The research was conducted in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The object of the research was the calves of the Kalmyk breed from 20 to 30 days of age, including 10 heads of experimental and 10 heads of control groups. In the morning after feeding 5 ml of 'Helavit-A' (the structure: iron – 20 g; manganese – 14; copper – 2; zinc – 18; cobalt – 0.24; selenium – 0.22; iodine – 0.52 g) was given in experimental group a head within 30 days. Trace elements in chelate, bioavailable form were a part of the preparation promoting effective assimilation of the preparation by the organism. Every day live weight was measured and the animals' condition was watched. The gain of live mass in experimental group was more, than in control, by 10.2%. The average daily gain of live mass of calves at the end of the research in the control group made 584.4 g, in experimental – 720.8 g a day. The calves' blood test revealed that the inclusion into the calves' diet of Helavit-A feed additive had positively influenced physiological condition of the animals (erythrocytes, 10E12/l, in experimental and control group – 7.4 and 6.8, respectively (the norm – 5–7.5); hemoglobin, g/l, – 102 and 110 (90–120); platelets, 10E9/l, – 330 and 346 (260–380); leukocytes, 10E9/l, – 11.7 and 10.1 (9.3–12); hematocrit, %, – 35.3 and 32.8 (36–37); the average volume of erythrocytes, fL, – 36.4 and 35.9 (35–38); the average content of hemoglobin in the erythrocyte, g/dl, – 11.2 and 11.0 (11–13); average concentration of hemoglobin in the erythrocyte, g/l, – 354 and 340 (346–358). It was established that the additive eliminated the deficiency in trace elements, normalized metabolism, increased appetite and average daily gain of live mass of the calves, reduced the incidence of internal noncontagious diseases in young growth and increased nonspecific resistance of the organism.

Русский. Цель исследования – изучение влияния кормовой минеральной добавки 'Хелавит-А' на организм телят калмыцкой породы мясного направления. Исследование проводили в Республике Саха (Якутия). Объект исследования – телята калмыцкой породы от 20- до 30-дневного возраста, из них 10 голов опытная и 10 голов контрольная группы. Утром после кормления выпаивали опытной группе по 5 мл 'Хелавит-А' (состав: железо – 20 г; марганец – 14; медь – 2; цинк – 18; кобальт – 0,24; селен – 0,22; йод – 0,52 г) на 1 голову в течение 30 дней. В состав препарата входят микроэлементы в хелатной, биодоступной форме, это способствует эффективному усвоению препарата организмом. Каждый день измеряли живую массу и следили за состоянием животных. Прирост живой массы опытной группы больше, чем контрольной, на 10,2%. Среднесуточный прирост живой массы телят в конце исследования составил: у контрольной группы – 584,4 г, у опытной – 720,8 г в сутки. При исследовании крови телят выявлено, что включение в рацион телят кормовой добавки 'Хелавит-А' положительно влияет на физиологическое состояние животных (эритроциты, 10. 2/л, у опытной и контрольной группы – 7,4 и 6,8 соответственно (норма 5–7,5); гемоглобин, г/л, – 102 и 110 (90–120); тромбоциты, 10E9/л, – 330 и 346 (260–380); лейкоциты, 10E9/л, – 11,7 и 10,1 (9,3–12); гематокрит, %, – 35,3 и 32,8 (36–37); средний объем эритроцита, фл, – 36,4 и 35,9 (35–38); среднее содержание гемоглобина в эритроците, г/дл, – 11,2 и 11,0 (11–13); средняя концентрация гемоглобина в эритроците, г/л, – 354 и 340 (346–358). Установлено, что добавка устраняет дефицит микроэлементов, нормализует обмен веществ, повышает аппетит и среднесуточный прирост живой массы телят, снижает заболеваемость молодняка внутренними незаразными болезнями, повышает неспецифическую резистентность организма.
