Biochemical status of cows of the interlactation period relative to polymorphic variants of the SCD1 gene and reproductive performance | Биохимический статус коров сухостойного периода в связи с полиморфными вариантами гена SCD1 и репродуктивным потенциалом

The purpose of the work is to analyze the dynamics of the biochemical parameters of blood in the interlactation (dry) period in connection with the duration of the service period in the subsequent lactation in cows with different genotypes of the SCD1 gene according to rs41255693. The studies were carried out on Holstein cows with an average milk yield of 9807±606 kg for 305 days of lactation. Animal genotypes (n = 23) were determined by PCR-RFLP: CC genotype (n = 9) and CT genotype (n = 14). Blood biochemical parameters were analyzed with an interval in the calving date of no more than 20 days: the CC genotype (n = 6) and CT genotype (n = 6). In cows with the CC genotype in the first month of the dry period, the concentration of total cholesterol in the blood was higher (p less than 0.05), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity tended to increase (p = 0.08) as compared with animals with the CT genotype. 30-10 days before calving, the total cholesterol content and AST activity in cows decreased (p less than 0.05 and p = 0.055, respectively), while in animals with the CT genotype they did not change. Correlation analysis showed that the metabolic links in the individuals of the comparable genotypes had differences in force and orientation. The number of correlation links was 3 times more in cows with the CC genotype. The distribution of the animals in groups depending on a genotype and service period has shown that a service period of more than 100 days is observed 2.3 times more frequent in cows with the genotype CC. The dynamics of metabolic processes and the peculiarities of the relationships between metabolic components in cows with the CC genotype are less preferable than in animals with the CT genotype, which may be associated with an increased frequency of occurrence of a longer service period in cows with the CC genotype.

Цель работы - анализ динамики биохимических показателей крови в сухостойный период в связи с продолжительностью сервис-периода в последующую лактацию у коров с различными генотипами гена SCD1 по rs41255693. Исследования проводили на коровах голштинской породы со средним удоем 9807± 606 кг за 305 дней лактации. Генотипы животных (п = 23) устанавливали методом ПЦР-ПДРФ: генотип СС (п = 9) и генотип СТ (п = 14). Биохимические показатели крови анализировали у коров с интервалом в дате отела не более 20 суток: генотип СС (п = 6) и генотип СТ (п = 6). У коров с генотипом СС в первый месяц сухостойного периода концентрация общего холестерина (ОХ) в крови была выше (p меньше 0,05), а активность аспартатаминотрансферазы (АСТ) имела тенденцию повышения (р = 0,08) по сравнению с животными с генотипом СТ. За 30-10 суток до отела содержание ОХ и активность АСТ у коров снизились (p меньше 0,05 и р = 0,055 соответственно), а у животных с генотипом СТ они не изменились. Корреляционный анализ показал, что метаболические связи у особей сравниваемых генотипов имели различия по силе и направленности. Число корреляционных связей было в 3 раза больше у коров с генотипом СТ. Распределение животных по группам в зависимости от генотипа и сервис-периода показало, что сервис-период продолжительностью более 100 дней в 2,3 раза чаще встречается у коров с генотипом СС. Динамика обменных процессов и особенности взаимосвязей компонентов метаболизма у коров с генотипом СС являются менее предпочтительными, чем у животных с генотипом СТ, что может быть связано с повышенной частотой встречаемости более длинного сервис-периода у коров с генотипом СС.
