This study was ecology conducted during 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 years growing seasons in Van ecological conditions ıt was aimed that the determine effects of different Presto, Karma 2000 and Mikhame-2002 tritikale varieties, the effect of different sowing densities (350, 450, 550 and 650 grain.m-2 ) along with varying level of nitrogen doses (2.7, 5.4, 8.1 and 10.8 kg N/da) with on yield and yield criterios in some triticale cultivars. The experiment was designed as Randomized Complete Block Design as Split Split Plots with 3 replications. The aim of this research was to determine the effects of different sowing densities and various doses of nitrogene on days to heading, plant height, number of fertile tillers per plant, spike lenght, grain number per spike, grain weight per spike, thousand grain weight, harvesting index, grain yield and protein content in trticale varieties. The results obtained for the analyzed parameters per year were significantly different, therefore, they were evaluated on yearly basis. There were significant difference among cultivars and the applications; sowing densities and N doses. At the increasing sowing densities, plant height and grain yield also increased. At the increasing N doses, it's determined that the all investigated components tended to rise.According to the results of the research, Karma-2000's seed yield is between 333.0 to 520.2 kg.da-1, Mikhame-2002 from 313.2 to 455.4 kg.da-1, and Presto from 196.7 to 421.9 kg.da-1 in the first year, while in the second year 293.1 to 529.2 kg.da-1, 274.4 to 421.9 kg.da-1, 179.4 to 351.3 kg.da-1, respectively. Unit are total yield were obtained Karma- 2000's 3496.7 – 5746.7 kg.da-1, Mikhame-2002 from 3140.0 – 4713.3 kg.da-1 and 2155.0 – 3623.3 kg.da-1 Presto in the first year, while in the second year 3452.0 – 5700.2 kg.da-1, 2885.5 – 4520.2 kg.da-1 and 2020.5 – 3520.2 kg.da-1, respectively. Increasing doses of nitrogen and plant density per unit area and to some extent has led to an increase in grain and total yield.
