The investigations have had as a major goal the indentification of gene sourse for the improvement of the tomatoes lines obtained as a result of spontaneous hybridization between the Solanum lycopersicum peruvianum var. dentatum CH Mull. with and the Victorina variety (Solanum lycopersicum L.), by in vitro culture of embryos and undeveloped ovules, and result of spontaneous hybridization between the Solanum lycopersicum hirsutum var. glabratum CH Mull. with small green fruit with glandular hairs and the Prizior variety (Solanum lycopersicum L.) with red mediumsized fruit, reproduced by in vitro culture. The results of the study of morphological traits of reproduction system (fruit mass, form fruit, pericarp, mesocarp et.al.).
