The influence of feed additives "Valopro" and "Ruprokol" on the change in the energy of growth and the formation of meat productivity in the Hereford bull calves when they are raised from 9 to 18 months of age in one of the industrial complexes in the Rostov region, using self-feeders and eating without restriction of roughage and concentrated feed. Adding feed additives "Valopro" to the main diet for 273 days at the rate of 20 g and "Ruprocol" 50 g per head per day contributed to the daily gain at the level of 1472-1703 g, which is 140-270 g higher than the control animals. The calves of the control (CG) and experimental groups (EG) spent almost the same amount of daily time on eating feed, and the peers of the CG were less than 4.3% on chewing. However, they rested for 14 min more while standing and moving around the corral, although the calves of the EG and CG spent the same amount (4.2 h) of daily sleep on sleep. When performing other considered behavioral actions, no significant differences were noted between them. The calves of the EG for the entire period gave 430 kg of absolute gain, or 51 kg more than their peers in the CG. Experienced bulls have higher blood levels of total protein and glucose, as well as the enzymes lactate dehydrogenase and gammaglutamyl transpeptidase, which contributed to a decrease in starch degradation in the rumen and an intensification of muscle tissue synthesis. During the control slaughter in both groups of bulls, live weight and heavy carcasses met the requirements of the current GOST Super category. In bulls of the EG, the weight of a paired carcass averaged slightly more than 371 kg, which is by 60 kg more than that of control peers (P more than 0.01). In the latter, all the recorded indicators of control slaughter in absolute and relative values were significantly lower than in bulls that received feed additives. From each bull in the EG, 11488 rub of profit were received, which is almost by 4.5 thousand rub more than from their peers in the CG. Therefore, the latter have almost 5% lower profitability.

Изучено влияние кормовых добавок "Валопро" и "Рупрокол" на изменение энергии роста и формирование мясной продуктивности у бычков герефордской породы при их доращивании с 9 до 18-месячного возраста в условиях одного из промышленных комплексов Ростовской области, с использованием самокормушек и поедания без ограничения грубых и концентрированных кормов. Добавление к основному рациону в течение 273 дней кормовых добавок "Валопро" из расчета 20 г и "Рупрокол" 50 г на голову в сутки способствовало получению суточного прироста на уровне 1472-1703 г, что на 140-270 г выше контрольных животных. Бычки контрольной (КГ) и опытной групп (ПГ) на поедание кормов затрачивали практически равное количество суточного времени, а на пережевывание сверстники КГ уступали на 4,3%. Однако они на 14 мин больше отдыхали стоя и двигались по загону, хотя бычки ОГ и КГ на сон затрачивали одинаковое количество (4,2 часа) суточного времени. При выполнении других учтенных поведенческих действий существенных различий между ними не отмечали. Бычки ОГ за весь период дали 430 кг абсолютного прироста, или на 51 кг больше, чем сверстники КГ. У ОГ более высокое содержание в крови общего белка и глюкозы, а также ферментов лактатдегидрогеназы и гаммаглютамилтранспептидазы, что способствовало снижению деградации крахмала в рубце и интенсификации синтеза мышечной ткани. При контрольном убое у бычков обеих групп живая масса и тяжеловесные туши соответствовали требованиям действующего ГОСТа категории Супер. У бычков ОГ масса парной туши в среднем составила чуть более 371 кг, что на 60 кг больше, чем у сверстников КГ (Р не более 0,01). У КГ все учтенные показатели контрольного убоя в абсолютных и относительных величинах были значительно ниже, чем у бычков, получавших кормовые добавки. От каждого бычка ОГ получено 11488 рублей прибыли, что почти на 4,5 тыс. рублей больше, чем от сверстников КГ. Поэтому у КГ почти на 5% ниже рентабельность.
