Изменение производительности и энергетической эффективности вакуумной рыбонасосной установки с увеличением частоты вращения ротора | Changing performance and energy efficiency of the vacuum fish-pump system with increasing rotor speed

Русский. Вакуумные рыбонасосные установки (ВРУ) обеспечивают наименьшую повреждаемость рыбы при ее перемещении. Большинство современных ВРУ сконструированы на базе водокольцевых компрессорных машин (ВКМ). ВКМ могут бесперебойно функционировать в тяжелых условиях, в том числе и на промысловых судах. Компания Samson Pumps (Дания) с 2019 г. поставляет на международный рынок ВКМ серии Ocean Master. Одной из ее особенностей является возможность работы с различными частотами вращения ротора (ЧВР). Ранее в Калининградском государственном техническом университете (КГТУ) был разработан метод математического моделирования этапов работы ВРУ. Влияние ЧВР было исследовано лишь на перекачивание воздуха (первая фаза работы ВРУ). Влияние ЧВР на производительность и энергетическую эффективность за весь цикл работы ВРУ изучено на примере ВКМ KS625. Необходимые дополнения, учитывающие изменение ЧВР, внесены в математическую модель работы ВРУ. Увеличение ЧВР приводит к возрастанию перепада давления. Поэтому больший объем водорыбной смеси закачивается в резервуар за один цикл работы ВРУ. Расход ее во время первого этапа увеличивается, но не столь значительно, как во втором. Рост ЧВР почти не отражается на продолжительности первого этапа, тогда как длительность второго заметно уменьшается. Поскольку продолжительность цикла работы ВРУ уменьшается, а объем смеси, перекачиваемой за один цикл, увеличивается, то средняя производительность ВРУ возрастает. Коэффициент полезного действия ВРУ изменяется незначительно с ростом ЧВР. Тогда как показатель энергоемкости заметно ухудшается. Эксплуатацию ВРУ на высоких оборотах ВКМ следует рекомендовать лишь при необходимости быстро опорожнить емкость с водорыбной смесью (например, при разгрузке промысловых судов). Целесообразно снизить частоту вращения ротора ВКМ при длительной эксплуатации ВРУ. Это позволит уменьшить энергетические затраты на перекачивание водорыбной смеси.

Английский. Vacuum fish-pump units (VFU) provide the least damage to the fish when it is moved. Most modern VFUs are designed on the basis of water-ring compressor machines (VCM). VCM can operate smoothly in difficult conditions, including on fishing vessels. Samson Pumps (Denmark) has been supplying the Ocean Master series of VCM since 2019. The ability to change the rotor speed (RS) is one of the features of this series. Earlier, the Kaliningrad State Technical University developed a method for mathematical modeling of the operational stages of the VRU. The effect of the RS was studied only on air pumping (the first phase of the VFU operation). The change in productivity and energy efficiency with an increase in RS over the entire cycle of the VFU has been studied in this article on the example of the KS625 VCM. The necessary additions, taking into account the change in the RS, were made to the mathematical model of the work of the VFU. An increase in the RS leads to a greater pressure drop. Therefore, a larger volume of the water-fish mixture is pumped into the tank in one cycle of the VFU operation. The consumption of the water-fish mixture during the first stage increases, but not as much as during the second stage. The increase in RS has almost no effect on the duration of the first stage, while the duration of the second stage is significantly reduced. Since the duration of the VFU cycle decreases, and the volume of the mixture pumped in one cycle increases, the average performance of the VFU increases. The efficiency of the VFU changes slightly with the growth of the RS while the energy intensity indicator is noticeably deteriorating. The operation of the VFU at high speeds of the VCM should be recommended only if it is necessary to quickly empty the container with the water-fish mixture (for example, when unloading fishing vessels). It is advisable to reduce rotation speed of the VCM rotor during long-term operation of the VFU. This will reduce energy costs for pumping the water-fish mixture.
