Генетические и фенотипические факторы, сопряженные с проявлением гаплотипа фертильности АН1 у айрширских производителей | Genetic and phenotypical factors associated with АН1 fertility haplotype in Ayrshire bulls

Английский. Studies have been conducted to test carriers of the AN1 fertility haplotype in bulls of the Ayrshire breed of plempreprises (PP) of Russia and an electronic database has been created. Bulls from 6 PP (n=71) were tested for carrier, 19 animals turned out to be carriers. Monitoring of genetic and paratypical factors determining carriers of AN1 (AN1C) was carried out in comparison with bulls free from haplotype (AN1F). When analyzing the linear belonging, a greater number of carriers appeared in the lines 13093 (42.9%) and 63640 (41.7%). With an increase in blood for Canadian Ayrshire bulls, the share of AN1C bulls increases from 30.0 to 37.5%. Fixing the date of birth of bulls revealed an increase in the proportion of AN1C animals with a later year of their birth. In the distribution of sires by blood, it was found that its increase in Canadian Ayrshires (CAN) increases the growth in the number of AN1C bulls. Analysis of the influence of various factors on the carriage of the fertility haplotype AN1 has revealed that the factors "line", "father", "blood" have a greater influence - 59.2%; 57.3; 58.6%, respectively. Therefore, the manifestation of the haplotype in the genotype of animal fertility of AN1 is significantly influenced by the genetic factors.

Русский. Проведены исследования по тестированию носителей гаплотипа фертильности АН1 у быков айрширской породы племпредприятий (ПП) России и создана электронная база данных. На носительство были протестированы быки из 6 ПП (n=71), 19 животных оказались носителями. Мониторинг генетических и паратипических факторов, определяющих носителей АН1 (АН1C), проведен в сравнении с быками, свободными от гаплотипа (АН1F). При анализе линейной принадлежности большее число носителей оказалось в линиях 13093 (42,9%) и 63640 (41,7%). С увеличением кровности по канадским айрширам доля быков АН1C увеличивается от 30,0 до 37,5%. Фиксирование даты рождения быков выявило увеличение доли животных АН1C с более поздним годом их рождения. При распределении производителей по кровности установлено, что ее повышение по канадским айрширам (CAN) увеличивает рост числа быков АН1C. Анализ влияния разных факторов на носительство гаплотипа фертильности АН1 выявил, что большую силу влияния имеют факторы "линия", "отец", "кровность" - 59,2%; 57,3; 58,6% соответственно. Следовательно, на проявление в генотипе животных гаплотипа фертильности АН1 существенное влияние оказывают генетические факторы.
