The role of biopreparations and nitrogen fertilizers in the formation of buckwheat productivity in Kursk region | Роль биопрепаратов и азотных удобрений в формировании продуктивности гречихи в условиях Курской области

There was studied the effect of microbiological preparations (Gribophyt and Imunazot), nitrogen fertilizers (ammonium nitrate) separately and their combined use against the background of barley straw application on the yields, morphophysiological yield indicators and the chemical grain composition of buckwheat variety Demetra under the conditions of the Kursk Region. The experiments were conducted in 2017-2019. The soil of the experimental plot is typical heavy loamy chernozem. The predecessor of buckwheat in the crop rotation is spring barley. The yield of buckwheat grain due to the application of nitrogen together with barley straw increased by 0.6 t/ha in relation to application of straw alone (control). The grain harvest in the variant with inoculation of seeds, soil, and barley straw with the biopreparations was 1.5 t/ha and slightly inferior to the application of nitrogen fertilizers (10 kg of N per 1 t of straw). There is a tendency to increased yield (by 0.2 t/ha) of grain with the complex application of nitrogen fertilizers (5 kg of N per 1 t of straw) together with biopreparations compared with the effect of biopreparations alone. Nitrogen fertilization increased the weight of 1000 grains of buckwheat by 1.6 g, and the use of biopreparations by 0.7 g, and also contributed to the increase of nitrogen content in the grain by 12.5% and 10%, respectively, relative to the control. During the growing season of buckwheat the application of nitrogen fertilizers and biopreparations equally influenced the growth and development of the crop. For example, the leaf surface area was higher on average at the beginning of the growing season 1.4 times, and by the harvesting period 1.9 times compared to the control variant. The survival rate of plants increased significantly (LSD05 2,0) in all the variants of the experiment relative to the control, but a maximum positive effect is found in the variant with combined use of nitrogen fertilizers (5 kg of N per 1 t of straw) and biopreparations (Gribophyt + Imunazot), i.e. 87.2%.

Изучали влияние микробиологических препаратов (Грибофит и Имуназот), азотных удобрений (аммиачная селитра) по отдельности и в комплексе на фоне внесения соломы ячменя на урожайность, морфофизиологические показатели урожая и химический состав зерна сорта гречихи Деметра в условиях Курской области. Опыты проводили в 2017-2019 гг. Почва опытного участка – чернозем типичный тяжелосуглинистый. Предшественник гречихи в севообороте – яровой ячмень. Урожайность зерна культуры от применения азота на фоне соломы возрастала на 0,6 т/га, по отношению к внесению одной соломы (контроль). Сбор зерна в варианте с инокуляцией семян, почвы и соломы ячменя биопрепаратами составил 1,5 т/га и несколько уступал действию азотных удобрений (10 кг д.в. N на 1 т соломы), а при комплексном использовании азотных удобрений (5 кг д.в. N на 1 т соломы) с биопрепаратами отмечена тенденция к повышению урожайности (на 0,2 т/га) по сравнению с действием биопрепаратов. Масса 1000 семян гречихи от применения азотных удобрений увеличивалась по отношению к контролю на 1,6 г, от биопрепаратов - на 0,7 г, содержание азота в зерне - соответственно на 0,27 и 0,22%. Наибольшие изменения морфофизиологических показателей семян гречихи обеспечивала инокуляции биопрепаратами. Применение азотных удобрений и биопрепаратов одинаково влияло на рост и развитие культуры. Площадь листовой поверхности в начале вегетации была выше в среднем в 1,4 раза, а к уборке в 1,9 раза по отношению к контролю. Выживаемость растений во всех вариантах опыта возрастала по отношению к контролю, а наибольшей (87,2%) она была при совместном применении азотных удобрений и биопрепаратов.
