Studying the dynamics of carotenoid accumulation in sea-buckthorn fruits | Изучение динамики накопления каротиноидов в плодах облепихи

Английский. Sea-buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) is the most valuable plant in Siberian gardens. The climatic conditions and the conditions of plant cultivation have a great influence on the content of biologically active compounds in sea-buckthorn fruits. The study of the factors that determine the concentration of the main biologically active compounds in sea-buckthorn fruits is an urgent task. The research goal is to determine the ripening time of sea-buckthorn cultivars taking into account the dynamics of carotenoid accumulation in fruits. The content levels of carotenoids in fruits of 12 varieties and 14 selected forms of sea-buckthorn of Altai selection were evaluated. The carotenoid content in sea-buckthorn fruits is not the same and depends on many factors. A single test of carotenoid content in fruits is not enough for objective evaluation of sea-buckthorn varieties. The study of this index in its dynamics makes it possible to reveal the maximum values of carotenoid content by the stages of the growing season and to determine the optimal dates for harvesting fruits for varieties of different ripening periods. According to the research findings, all sea-buckthorn cultivars are high in carotenoids. Hybrid forms of ultra-early and late ripening sea-buckthorn forms were revealed; they were promising for further selection for early and late ripening of fruits. The evaluation of the carotenoid content dynamics in sea-buckthorn fruits makes it possible to determine the optimal dates for harvesting fruits for varieties of different ripening periods.

Русский. Облепиха крушиновая (Hippophaе rhamnoides L.) является ценнейшим растением садов Сибири. Большое влияние на содержание биологически активных соединений в плодах облепихи оказывают климатические условия, а также условия, в которых осуществляется возделывание растений. Изучение факторов, определяющих концентрацию основных биологически активных соединений в плодах облепихи, является актуальной задачей. Цель исследований - определение сроков созревания сортообразцов облепихи крушиновой с учетом динамики накопления в плодах каротиноидов. Проведена оценка содержания каротиноидов в плодах 12 сортов и 14 отборных форм облепихи алтайской селекции. Содержание каротиноидов в плодах облепихи не одинаково и зависит от многих факторов. Однократный анализ на содержание каротиноидов в плодах не позволяет объективно провести оценку сортообразцов облепихи. Изучение данного показателя в динамике позволяет установить максимальные значения содержания каротиноидов по фазам вегетации и определить оптимальные сроки сбора плодов для сортообразов различных сроков созревания. По результатам исследований все сортообразцы облепихи относятся к высококаротиноидным. Выявлены гибридные формы облепихи ультраранних и поздних сроков созревания, перспективные для дальнейшей селекции на ранний и поздний срок созревания плодов. Оценка динамики содержания каротиноидов в плодах облепихи позволяет установить оптимальные сроки сбора плодов для сортообразов различных сроков созревания.
