Некоторые аспекты устойчивого развития овощеводства и картофелеводства в сибирских регионах | Some aspects of the sustainable development of vegetable and potato production in the Siberian regions

Английский. Potatoes and vegetables are important food products for humans. The current production volumes of these products do not meet the needs of residents of the Siberian regions in accordance with the recommended medical standards. The lack of its own vegetable products and potatoes is covered by imports from countries near and far abroad, but the incoming products are not always of proper quality in terms of the content of nitrates, pesticides and other harmful elements, which can harm the health of the population. It is necessary to increase the consumption of vegetables and potatoes to the level of the recommended physiological norms of consumption, while providing the population with useful, high-quality products. There is considered the current state of vegetable and potato production in the Siberian Federal District for 2015-2020. The comparison of the fund of consumption and production of vegetables and potatoes is made. Studies have shown that most of the production is concentrated in the personal subsidiary farms of the population, which distinguishes Russia and the Siberian regions in particular from developed countries. For the sustainable development of vegetable and potato growing in the region, achieving food independence for vegetables and potatoes in the Siberian Federal District, it is necessary to increase the production of these products in large agricultural organizations, which will increase the commercial production of vegetables and potatoes of proper quality. To do this, it is necessary to actively introduce innovative technologies for the production and processing of vegetables and potatoes, to bring new knowledge to agricultural producers. It is important to revive domestic seed production in order to provide the industries with high-quality seeds of vegetable crops and potatoes adapted to local conditions, which will allow achieving import substitution.

Русский. Картофель и овощи являются важными продуктами питания для человека. Современные объемы производства данной продукции не удовлетворяю потребности жителей сибирских регионов в соответствии с рекомендуемыми медицинскими нормами. Недостаток собственной овощной продукции и картофеля покрывается за счет импорта ее из стран ближнего и дальнего зарубежья, но поступающая продукция не всегда надлежащего качества в части содержания нитратов, пестицидов и других вредных элементов, что может навредить здоровью населения. Необходимо увеличить потребление овощей и картофеля до уровня рекомендуемых физиологических норм потребления, при этом обеспечить население полезной, качественной продукцией. Рассмотрено современное состояние производства овощей и картофеля в Сибирском федеральном округе за 2015-2020 гг. Сделано сравнение фонда потребления и производства овощей и картофеля. Исследования показали, что большая часть производства сосредоточена в личных подсобных хозяйствах населения, что отличает Россию и сибирские регионы, в частности, от развитых стран. Для устойчивого развития овощеводства и картофелеводства региона, достижения продовольственной независимости по овощам и картофелю в Сибирском федеральном округе необходимо увеличить производство данной продукции в крупных с.-х. организациях, что позволит повысить товарное производство овощей и картофеля надлежащего качества. Для этого необходимо активно внедрять инновационные технологии производства и переработки овощей и картофеля, доводить новые знания до сельхозтоваропроизводителей. Важно возродить отечественное семеноводство для обеспечения отраслей высококачественными семенами овощных культур и картофеля, адаптированных к местным условиям, что позволит достичь импортозамещение.
