Зерно России в контексте мирового производства | Russia's grain in the context of world production

Русский. Исследована динамика производства зерна в мире за 2010-2018 гг. Определены роль и место РФ в мировом производстве зерна. Проведена ретроспективная (с 1961 г.) и перспективная (до 2030 г.) оценка производства зерна в разрезе основных зернопроизводящих и зернопотребляющих территорий мира. За исследуемый период производство зерна в мире выросло с 2539 до 3057 млн. т (максимум в 3114 млн. т был достигнут в 2017 г.). За это же время производство зерна в РФ колебалось от 61 (2010 г.) до 135,5 (2017 г.), в странах ЕС – с 297 (2018 г.) до 630,1 (2014 г.), в США – с 358,6 (2012 г.) до 506,9 (2016 г.), в Индии – с 285,1 (2010 г.) до 343,7 (2018 г.), в Китае – с 501,8 (2010 г.) до 627,4 млн. т (2015 г.) и в 2018 г. составило 113,3; 297,0; 471,4; 343,7; 627,2 млн. т соответственно. За период 1961-2019 г. в целом в мире было произведено 30 млрд. т зерна, в т.ч. в сезон 2018/19; 2019/20 и 2020/21 – 732, 761 и 773 млн. т соответственно. Основные объемы мирового производства зерна сосредоточены на следующих территориях: юго-восточная часть Китая, практически вся территория Дании, север Франции, центральные районы ФРГ, южные регионы Великобритании, юг РФ, север Индии и Пакистана, южные провинции центра Канады, центральная часть США, юго- и северо-запад Австралии. Лидерами по производству зерна пшеницы являются Китай, Канада, Индия, Австралия, РФ и США, а лидерами по его экспорту – РФ, США, Канада, Франция и Австралия. Основными импортерами зерна пшеницы являются Египет, Италия, Бразилия, Япония и Алжир. По экспертным прогнозам производство зерна к 2030 г. увеличится примерно она 10%. При этом 90% прироста будет обеспечено за счет повышения урожайности. Валовые сборы кукурузы и пшеницы за этот период возрастут на 200 и 85 млн. т. Сделан вывод, что РФ в текущем 10-летии продолжит оставаться ведущим игроком на глобальном рынке зерна, занимая по экспорту пшеницы, кукурузы и др. зерновых культур 1-, 4- и 5-е места в мире.

Английский. The dynamics of grain production in the world for 2010-2018 is studied. The role and place of the Russian Federation in world grain production are determined. A retrospective (since 1961) and prospective (until 2030) assessment of grain production in the context of the main grain-producing and grain-consuming territories of the world was carried out. During the study period, grain production in the world increased from 2,539 to 3,057 million t (a maximum of 3,114 million tons was reached in 2017). During the same time, grain production in the Russian Federation ranged from 61 (2010) to 135.5 (2017), in the EU – from 297 (2018) to 630.1 (2014), in the USA – from 358.6 (2012 in India – from 285.1 (2010) to 343.7 (2018), in China – from 501.8 (2010) to 627.4 million t (2015) and in 2018 amounted to 113.3; 297.0; 471.4; 343.7; 627.2 million t, respectively. During the period 1961-2019, a total of 30 billion tons of grain were produced in the world, including in the 2018/19 season; 2019/20 and 2020/21– 732, 761 and 773 million t, respectively. The main volumes of world grain production are concentrated in the following territories: South- the Eastern part of China, almost the entire territory of Denmark, the north of France, the central regions of Germany, the southern regions of Great Britain, the south of the Russian Federation, the north of India and Pakistan, the southern provinces of the center of Canada, the central part of the USA, south- and north-west Australia. The leaders in the production of wheat grain are China, Canada, India, Australia, the Russian Federation and the USA, and the leaders in its exports are Russia, the USA, Canada, France and Australia. The main importers of wheat grain are Egypt, Italy, Brazil, Japan and Algeria. According to expert forecasts, grain production will increase by2030 approximately by 10%. At the same time, 90% of the increase will be provided by increasing yields. Gross yields of corn and wheat for this period will increase by 200 and 85 million t. It is concluded that the Russian Federation in the current 10th anniversary will continue to be a leading player in the global grain market, taking 1st, 4th and 5th places in the world in the export of wheat, corn and other grain crops.
