Состояние гомеостаза организма высокопродуктивных молочных коров разного уровня генетической ценности в период раздоя | The state of homeostasis of highly productive dairy cows of different levels of genetic value during the milking period

Английский. There has been considered a comparative analysis of the level of milk productivity, milk quality and dynamics of blood indicators of Holstein cows during the milking period. The cows were divided into 3 groups, depending on the level of their milk yield with a difference boundary according to the data of the last completed lactation of 1500 kg of milk yield. In the 1st experimental group there were animals with milk yield below 7500 kg of milk, in the 2nd group - with milk yield in the range of 7500-9000 kg, in the 3rd group animals with indicators exceeding 9000 kg. During the milking period, the milk yield of cows in the 3-d experimental group was highly reliable - 4001 kg of milk (P not more than 0.001), which is by 644 kg more than in the 2-d group and by 925 kg more than in the 1-st group. The mass fraction of fat varied from 4.08 to 4.18%. In the 1-st group, the mass fraction of protein is 3.09, in 2-d one – 3.14 and in the 3-d – 3.13%. 165 kg of milk fat (P not more than 0.01) was reliably obtained from animals of the 3-d group during the increasing the milk yield period, the 2-nd experimental group – 137 and the 1-st – 129 kg. The yield of milk protein in experimental animals of the 3-d group is 125 kg (P not more than 0.001), 2-d - 105 and 1-st – 95 kg. From animals of the 2-d group 105 kg and the 1-st one – 95 kg of milk fat was received. The content of globulin in the blood serum of group 1 cows at the beginning of increasing the milk yield period is 56 g/l, at the end – 53.9 g/l, which is significantly higher than the level in other groups (P not more than 0.05). In group 3 cows at the end of the period, creatinine significantly increased to 74.8 mmol/l (P not more than 0.05). The content of alkaline phosphatase in the blood at the beginning of increasing the milk yield period in all examined animals is normal. The level of glucose in the blood of cows in the range of 3.6 – 4 was at the beginning and 2.7 – 4.3 was at the end of the increasing the milk yield period (at a rate of 2 – 4.8 mmol/l).

Русский. Рассмотрен сравнительный анализ уровня молочной продуктивности, качества молока и динамики показателей крови коров голштинской породы в период раздоя. Коровы были распределены на 3 группы, в зависимости от уровня их удоя с границей разности по данным последней законченной лактации в 1500 кг удоя молока. В 1-й опытной группе были животные с удоем ниже 7500 кг молока, во 2-й группе – с удоем в промежутке 7500-9000 кг, в 3-ей группе животные с показателями превышающими 9000 кг. За период раздоя удой коров 3-ей опытной группы достоверно высоко составил 4001 кг молока (Р не более 0,001), что на 644 кг больше, чем во 2-ой и на 925 кг больше, чем в 1-ой группах. Массовая доля жира варьировала в пределах от 4,08 до 4,18%. В 1-ой группе массовая доля белка составила – 3,09%, во 2-ой – 3,14% и в 3-ей – 3,13%. От животных 3-ей группы за период раздоя достоверно получено 165 кг молочного жира (Р не более 0,01), 2-ой опытной – 137 и первой – 129 кг. Выход продукции молочного белка у опытных животных 3-ей группы 125 кг (Р не более 0,001), 2 – 105 и 1 – 95 кг. От животных 2-ой группы получено – 105 кг и 1-ой – 95 кг молочного жира. Содержание глобулина в сыворотке крови у коров 1-ой группы в начале раздоя – 56,0 г/л, в конце - 53,9 г/л, что достоверно выше уровня в других группах (Р не более 0,05). У коров 3-ей группы в конце периода креатинин достоверно поднялся до 74,8 мкмоль/л (Р не более 0,05). Содержание в крови щелочной фосфатазы в начале раздоя у всех обследованных животных в норме. Уровень глюкозы в крови у коров в пределах 3,6-4,0 в начале и 2,7 – 4,3 в конце периода раздоя (при норме 2,0 - 4,8 ммоль/л).
