Social and labor relations in agriculture: their specifics and types | Социально-трудовые отношения в сельском хозяйстве: их специфика и типы

Currently, the transformation of social and labor relations (SLR) in agriculture is taking place under the influence of digitalization and the remaining tense epidemiological situation both in our country and in the world. Therefore, it is important to evaluate and analyze all aspects of SLR, with reference to the peculiarities of their manifestation in the industry, in order to determine effective tools and mechanisms of influence. As a rule, in reality, SLR act in the form of models that combine the properties of various types. In the agricultural practice of Russia, their own models of SLR are formed, which are influenced both by the specifics of the industry itself and by the ongoing innovative development. In modern agriculture in Russia, along with the SLR model, which combines paternalism and social partnership, such relations are also common where there is competition, discrimination, and even conflict. The driving factor in the development of productive forces in the countryside is the rural worker with his abilities and attitude to work. As long as there is a division of jobs in domestic agriculture, and with them professions, into predominantly "male" and predominantly "female", taking this factor into account will remain one of the significant criteria for the "quality" of the personnel structure. In modern conditions, it is necessary to improve the mechanisms and measures to regulate SLR in agriculture. Moreover, one should take into account not only the specifics of the subject aspects of SLR themselves, but also the priorities for the development of the agricultural sector, as well as the characteristics of rural areas and specific agricultural producers.

В настоящее время трансформация социально-трудовых отношений (СТО) в сельском хозяйстве происходит под влиянием цифровизации и остающейся напряженной эпидемиологической ситуации как в России, так и в мире. Поэтому важно оценивать и анализировать все стороны СТО с учетом особенностей их проявления в отрасли, чтобы определять действенные инструменты и механизмы воздействия. Как правило, в реальности СТО выступают в форме моделей, комбинирующих свойства различных типов. В с.-х. практике России складываются свои модели СТО, на которые влияют как специфика самой отрасли, так и продолжающееся инновационное развитие. В современном сельском хозяйстве России, наряду с моделью СТО, сочетающей в себе патернализм и социальное партнерство, распространены и такие отношения, где имеет место конкуренция, дискриминация и даже конфликтность. Движущим фактором развития производительных сил на селе выступает сельский работник с его способностями и отношением к труду. До тех пор, пока в отечественном сельском хозяйстве присутствует деление рабочих мест, а вместе с ними и профессий, на преимущественно "мужские" и преимущественно "женские", учет данного фактора будет оставаться одним из значимых критериев "качественности" структуры кадров. В современных условиях необходимо совершенствовать механизмы и мероприятия по регулированию СТО в сельском хозяйстве. Причем следует принимать во внимание не только специфику самих предметных сторон СТО, но и приоритеты развития аграрной отрасли, а также особенности сельских территорий и конкретных сельхозтоваропроизводителей.
