The work is aimed to monitor the phytosanitary state and to study the development of phytopathogens (the formation of consortia) during the crop cultivation using special technologies, as well as the development of techniques necessary for their reclamation on fields alienated after radioactive contamination due to the accident at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant. The work was carried out in 1991–1998 in the southwestern part of the Bryansk region at permanent study areas organized on lands withdrawn from economic circulation. To solve the problem of providing planting material for the reclamation of lands by laying tree and shrubbery plantings, there was considered a possibility of accelerated vegetative propagation of adapted ex vitro plants improved with green cuttings. The species composition of soil fungi populations after the accident remains quite typical for the studied soil-climatic zone and did not undergo significant changes over several years of observations. The appearance of previously atypical phytopathogens for the region (Gloeosporium lupini Bon., Colletotrichum coccodes Wallr., Rhizoctonia solani Kiihn.) and an increase in the aggressivity of certain fungal species (Fusarium nivale Fr. Ces., F. sporotrichiella Bilai, F. culmorum Sass., Bipolaris sorokiniana Sass. Shoem., Rhynchosporium graminicola Heiny, Drechslera teres Sass. Shoem) was noticed. Under conditions of limited or no plant protection measures, this contributed to the formation of dangerous infection centers in the alienated territories, the spread of which to adjacent fields with crop production could lead to significant crop losses. For laying tree and shrubbery plantings on recultivated areas, it was possible to accelerate vegetative propagation of adapted ex vitro improved plants using cuttings. As a result, the yield of plants from 1 m2 of greenhouse area increased, compared to the number of plants adapted ex vitro without cuttings, 1.8-2.3 times.

Цель работы - мониторинг фитосанитарного состояния и изучение особенностей развития фитопатогенов (формирование консорций) на отчужденных после радиоактивного загрязнения в результате аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС полях с возделыванием с.-х. культур по специальным технологиям, а также разработки приемов, необходимых для их возвращения в хозяйственный оборот. Работу выполняли в 1991–1998 гг. в юго-западной части Брянской обл. на стационарах, организованных на выведенных из хозяйственного оборота землях. Для решения проблемы с обеспечением посадочным материалом для рекультивации земель, путем закладки древесно-кустарниковых насаждений, рассматривали возможности ускоренного вегетативного размножения адаптированных ex vitro оздоровленных растений зелеными черенками. Видовой состав популяций почвенных грибов после аварии остается достаточно типичным для изучаемой почвенноклиматической зоны и в течение нескольких лет наблюдений не претерпел существенных изменений. Отмечено появление таких ранее нетипичных для региона фитопатогенов, как Gloeosporium lupini Bon., Colletotrichum coccodes Wallr., Rhizoctonia solani Kiihn., и повышение агрессивности отдельных видов грибов (Fusarium nivale Fr. Ces., F. sporotrichiella Bilai, F. culmorum Sass., Bipolaris sorokiniana Sass. Shoem., Rhynchosporium graminicola Heiny, Drechslera teres Sass. Shoem.). В условиях ограничения или отсутствия мероприятий по защите растений это способствует формированию на отчужденных территориях очагов опасной инфекции, распространение которой на сопредельные поля с ведением растениеводства способно привести к значительным потерям урожая. Для закладки на рекультивируемых участках древесно-кустарниковых насаждений возможно ускоренное вегетативное размножение адаптированных ex vitro оздоровленных растений с использованием черенкования, в результате которого выход растений с 1 м2 площади теплиц увеличивается, по сравнению количеством адаптированных ex vitro растений без черенкования, в 1,8…2,3 раза.
