Английский. There is considered the current state and trends of investment activity in the Russian agriculture. The features of investment injection into the agro-industrial complex in the current economic conditions and against the background of a stable growth in the agricultural production in value terms by 70% over a ten-year period are revealed. During the sanction period of the Russian economy there had been a phased colossal increase in investments into the fixed capital of the agro-industrial complex by more than 60% by 2019, which was associated with reevaluating the importance of ensuring the level of the country's food security and reflecting this circumstance in the awareness of the investment potential of the agricultural sector. However, the share of the investments in the agro-industrial complex in the total investments of the Russian Federation had decreased to 4.25% by 2020. The role of the state in stimulating agricultural producers to provide tax benefits, concessional lending, grants and subsidies for the development of activities has been defined. The structure of the investments into the fixed capital of the agro-industrial complex for 2014 - 2020 for the sources of financing in the equity and borrowed funds ratio is 55% and 45%, respectively. The share of the budget funds is 2.4% of the total volume of the borrowed funds for the analyzed period. The dynamics of the investment into the agriculture at the expense of the state budget increased by 55 billion rub (by 21.5%). The main directions and volumes of financing and distribution of funds for the state support of the agro-industrial complex, including the integrated development of the rural areas, to which 25.6 billion rub were allocated in 2020, were also analyzed.

Русский. Рассматривается современное состояние и тенденции инвестиционной деятельности в сельском хозяйстве России. Раскрываются особенности вливания инвестиций в агропромышленный комплекс в актуальных условиях экономики и на фоне стабильного роста объемов производства продукции сельского хозяйства в стоимостном выражении за десятилетний период на 70%. В санкционный период экономики России к 2019 г. наблюдается поэтапный колоссальный рост инвестиций в основной капитал АПК более 60%, что связано с переосмыслением значимости обеспечения уровня продовольственной безопасности страны и отражением этого обстоятельства в осознании инвестиционного потенциала отраслей аграрного сектора. Однако, доля инвестиций АПК в общих инвестициях РФ снижается до 4,25% к 2020 г. Обозначена роль государства в направлениях стимулирования с.-х. товаропроизводителей по предоставлению налоговых льгот, льготного кредитования, предоставления грантов и субсидий на развитие деятельности. Структура инвестиций в основной капитал АПК за 2014-2020 гг. по источникам финансирования в соотношении собственных и привлеченных средств составляет соответственно 55% и 45%. Из общего объема привлеченных средств за анализируемый период доля средств бюджета составляет в среднем 2,4%. Динамика инвестиций в сельское хозяйство за счет средств государственного бюджета возросла на 55 млрд. руб. (на 21,5%). Так же проанализированы основные направления и объемы финансирования и распределения средств на государственную поддержку АПК, в том числе комплексное развитие сельских территорий, на которые в 2020 г. было направлено 25,6 млрд. руб.
