The development of a method for lifetime assessment of the level of contamination of sheep slaughter products in the zone with the increased anthropogenic load | Разработка способа прижизненной оценки уровня контаминации продуктов убоя овец в зоне с повышенной антропогенной нагрузкой

Английский. The process of migration of heavy metals from environmental objects into the organism of farm animals is of great interest to the scientific community. The purpose of the study was to examine the bioelectric potential of superficially localized biologically active centers (BP of SLBACs) in rams of the Romanov breed at the age of 4, 6, 8, 10 months, to determine the productive qualities and the level of contamination of the animal organism in the zones of the Oryol region with the increased anthropogenic load. Animals were selected according to the principle of analogue pairs at the age of 4 months. There were formed 2 groups of 13 heads in each group: a control group (with a low BP of SLBACs) and an experimental group (with a high BP of SLBACs). So, in animals of the experimental group with a higher by 3.86; 5.32; 4.61 and 3.88 muA average BP of SLBACs at the age of 4, 6, 8 and 10 months old, the absolute increase in live weight was 0.8; 0.4; and 0.35 kg larger relative to the control group, respectively. With a statistically significant increase in the BP of SLBACs, the average indicators of meat productivity at the age of animals of 6.8 and 10 months old were statistically significantly higher in the range of 3.6 to 6.4%, relative to the animals of the control group. The studies of the amount of contaminants in the liver, bone tissue and rib eye of the experimental lambs showed that in animals with a low average BP of SLBACs, the content of lead, zinc, copper at the age of 4.6 and 8 months was increased, but the values were within the maximum allowable concentration (MAC). By the age of 10 months, the concentration of cadmium and copper in the products of slaughter of animals with low BP of SLBACs exceeded the MAC for the average content of cadmium in the liver – by 22.2%, in bone tissue – by 15.3%, in the rib eye – by 50%, relative to animals with high BP of SLBACs. A biochemical analysis of blood serum was carried out. The obtained data formed the basis of the developed method of lifetime assessment of the degree of accumulation of contaminants in the body of sheep.

Русский. Процесс миграции тяжелых металлов из объектов окружающей среды в организм с.-х. животных представляет большой интерес для научного сообщества. Цель исследования - изучение биоэлектрического потенциала поверхностно локализованных биологически активных центров (БП ПЛБАЦ) у баранчиков романовской породы в 4, 6, 8, 10 месячном возрасте, определение продуктивных качеств и уровня контаминации организма животных в зонах Орловской области с повышенной антропогенной нагрузкой. Отобрали животных по принципу пар-аналогов в возрасте 4х месяцев. Сформировали 2 группы по 13 голов в каждой: контрольная (с низким БП ПЛБАЦ) и опытная (с высоким БП ПЛБАЦ). Так, у животных опытной группы с более высоким на 3,86; 5,32; 4,61 и 3,88 мкА средним БП ПЛБАЦ в возрасте 4, 6, 8 и 10 месяцев, абсолютный прирост живой массы был на 0,8; 0,4; и 0,35 кг больше относительной контрольной группы соответственно. При статистически достоверном увеличении БП ПЛБАЦ, средние показатели мясной продуктивности в возрасте животных 6, 8 и 10 месяцев были статистически достоверно большими в пределах от 3,6 до 6,4%, относительно животных контрольной группы. Исследования количества контаминантов в печени, костной ткани и длиннейшей мышце спины опытных баранчиков показали, что у животных с низким средним БП ПЛБАЦ повышено содержание свинца, цинка, меди в возрасте 4, 6 и 8 месяцев, но значения находились в пределах предельно допустимых концентраций (ПДК). К возрасту баранчиков 10 месяцев, концентрация кадмия и меди в продуктах убоя животных с низким БП ПЛБАЦ превышали ПДК по среднему содержанию кадмия в печени – на 22,2%, в костной ткани – на 15,3%, в длиннейшей мышце спины – на 50% относительно животных с высоким БП ПЛБАЦ. Проведен биохимический анализ сыворотки крови. Полученные данные легли в основу разработанного метода прижизненной оценки степени накопления контаминантов в организме овец.
