Английский. The results of cultivation of Cichorium intybus L. in culture in vitro are presented. It is shown that the processes of morphogenesis are significantly influenced by growing conditions, in particular, the hormonal and mineral composition of the nutrient medium, as well as lighting modes. Callus tissue was obtained from leaf explants isolated from C. intybus plants. Leaf segments were cultivated on a nutrient medium containing mineral salts according to the MS prescription, as well as auxins - indolyl-3-acetic (IAA), naphthylacetic (NAA) and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic (2,4-D) acids at a concentration of 5.5 - 9.5 mg/l in combination with cytokinin 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP) of 2 mg/l. The formed tissue was transplanted onto a fresh nutrient medium every four weeks, taking into account the color and consistency. Callus growth was determined by weighing in a laminar box at the beginning and end of the passage (mg). Callus tissue was cultured on agar nutrient medium in Petri dishes. Then it was placed in opaque grow tents with radiation aligned with the flux density of photosynthetic photons and different ratios of its levels in the region of 660 nm (R - red) and 730 nm (FR - far red). The control variant was placed in a light room, where illumination was created with white linear fluorescent lamps with an intensity of 150 micmol/m2s. At the end of the growing cycle, the color, texture of the callus and its growth were taken into account. It is shown that the process of callus formation depends on the auxin used and its concentration. The maximum increase in callus tissue was obtained on an MS medium containing IAA or NAA at a concentration of 8.5 mg/l. In the presence of NAA, a non-morphogenic callus was formed, and when using IAA, a morphogenic callus was formed. Studies have shown that the use of various lighting conditions (FR is more, equal or less than R) significantly stimulates callus tissue growth, as well as inulin accumulation in the media. The maximum (7.55-7.95%) inulin content in the callus tissue was obtained in the variant FR more R, as well as on IAA containing nutrient medium.

Русский. Приводятся результаты по культивированию Cichorium intybus L. в культуре in vitro. Показано, что на процессы морфогенеза существенно влияют условия выращивания, в частности, гормональный и минеральный состав питательной среды, а также режимы освещения. Из листовых эксплантов, изолированных с растений C. intybus получали каллусную ткань. Листовые сегменты культивировали на питательной среде, содержащей минеральные соли по прописи МС, а также ауксины - индолил-3-уксусную (ИУК), нафтилуксусную (НУК) и 2,4-дихлорфеноксиуксусную (2,4-Д) кислоты в концентрации 5,5-9,5 мг/л в сочетании с цитокинином 6-бензиламинопурином (БАП) - 2 мг/л. Сформировавшуюся ткань пересаживали на свежую питательную среду каждые 4 недели, учитывая цвет и консистенцию. Прирост каллуса определяли взвешиванием в ламинар-боксе в начале и конце пассажа (мг). Каллусную ткань культивировали на агаризованной питательной среде в чашках Петри. Затем помещали в светонепроницаемые гроутенты с излучением, выровненным по плотности потока фотосинтетических фотонов и различным соотношением его уровней в области 660 нм (R - красный) и 730 нм (FR - дальний красный). Контрольный вариант размещали в световой комнате, где было создано освещение белыми линейно-люминесцентными лампами с интенсивностью 150 мкмоль/м2с. В конце цикла выращивания учитывали цвет, консистенцию каллуса и его прирост. Процесс каллусогенеза зависит от применяемого ауксина и его концентрации. Максимальный прирост каллусной ткани получен на среде МС, содержащей ИУК или НУК в концентрации 8,5 мг/л. В присутствии НУК формировался неморфогенный каллус, а при использовании ИУК - морфогенный. Исследования показали, что условия освещения (если FR больше, равно или меньше R) оказывают существенное стимулирующее влияние на рост каллусной ткани, а также на накопление в ней инулина. Максимальное содержание инулина в каллусной ткани (7,55-7,95%) получено в варианте "FR больше R", а также на питательной среде с содержанием ИУК.
