Цифровые информационные ресурсы ЦНСХБ: трансформация, актуализация и развитие | Digital information resources of CSAL: transformation, updating and development

Рассматриваются вопросы создания и развития информационных ресурсов Центральной научной с.-х. библиотеки (ЦНСХБ) собственной генерации, включающих документные и лексикографические базы данных (БД). Цель исследования - анализ результатов актуализации информационных ресурсов ЦНСХБ собственной генерации и их современного состояния. Дана краткая характеристика тематики и объема контента, структуры, лингвистических средств, поисковых возможностей информационных ресурсов ЦНСХБ. Показано, что в ЦНСХБ происходит трансформация информационных ресурсов собственной генерации от библиографических БД к полнотекстовым. БД "АГРОС", создаваемая первоначально как библиографическая, теперь включает также рефераты на русском и частично на английском языках, полные тексты, сканы обложек и оглавлений (содержаний). Рассмотрены процессы развития и актуализации, в том числе пополнение контента. Актуализация ресурсов собственной генерации процесс постоянный, обеспечивающий отражение современного состояния темы, освещаемой в данном ресурсе. Объем ежегодного пополнения зависит от темы ресурса и видов включаемых в него документов. В БД "АГРОС" - по отдельным темам от 0,7 до 2,89%. Пополнение контента с момента создания составил: в БД Плодородие - 32,3%, ГМО - 15,3%, С.-х. выставки - 55,6%, Выдающиеся ученые экономисты-аграрники - 28,8%, Информационно-поисковый тезаурус - 77,6%, Авторитетный файл наименований научных учреждений АПК – 54,2%. Совершенствуются пользовательские сервисы, лингвистическое обеспечение, создаются открытые связанные данные, расширяются поля формата. Таким образом, информационные ресурсы, созданные в ЦНСХБ, развиваются и, благодаря актуальной, достоверной информации, являются важнейшей частью информационного обеспечения научных исследований в области АПК.

The issues of creation and development of information resources of the Central Scientific Agricultural library (CSAL) of its own generation, including document and lexicographic databases, are considered. The purpose of the study is to analyze the results of updating the information resources of the CSAL of its own generation and their current state. A brief description of the subject matter and volume of content, structure, linguistic means, search capabilities of the information resources of the CSAL is given. It is shown that the transformation of information resources of its own generation from bibliographic databases to full-text ones takes place in the CSAL. The AGROS database, originally created as a bibliographic database, now also includes abstracts in Russian and partially in English, full texts, scans of covers and tables of contents (contents). The processes of development and updating, including content replenishment, are considered. Updating the resources of its own generation is a constant process that provides a reflection of the current state of the topic covered in this resource. The amount of annual replenishment depends on the topic of the resource and the types of documents included in it. In the database "AGROS" on certain topics it is from 0.7 to 2.89%. Content replenishment since its creation has been: in the Fertility database - 32.3%, GMO - 15.3%, Agricultural exhibitions - 55.6%, Outstanding agricultural economists - 28.8%, Information retrieval thesaurus - 77.6%, Authoritative file of names of scientific institutions of the agro-industrial complex - 54.2%. The user services, linguistic support are being improved, open linked data are being created, the format fields will expand, and the linguistic support will be improved. Thus, the information resources created in the Central Agricultural Scientific Library are developing and, thanks to up-to-date, reliable information, are an important part of the information support of scientific research in the field of agriculture.
