Green areas and the potential of Nova Iguaçu municipal natural park (pnmni) for the hypothesis of the basket of territorial goods and services | Áreas verdes e a potencialidade do parque natural municipal de Nova Iguaçu (pnmni) para a hipótese da cesta de bens e serviços territoriais

Objetivo: o presente artigo propõe utilizar a perspectiva da cesta de bens e serviços territoriais (CBST) para avaliar o potencial de uma área verde de uso coletivo, chamada Parque Natural de Nova Iguaçu, no intuito de se integrar à outros recursos territoriais do municipio, potencializando-os. Metodologia: estudo de caso e aplicação de questionário semi-estruturado foram os instrumentos metodológicos considerados pertinentes à abordagem do estudo. Resultados: Identificou-se que a CBST ressignifica o senso de pertencimento territorial e identitário da população a partir de ações de educação ambiental, e que o espaço verde urbano do PNMNI pode compor uma CBST. Limitações/Implicações: Os principais desafios encontrados na realização deste estudo corresponderam ao número de atores respondentes ao questionário em virtude de fatores externos adversos, a ausência de coleta da opinião cívica usuária do parque devido ao fator tempo e a exposição clara da abordagem termológica emergente da CBST, sendo necessários mais instrumentos empíricos para complementar sua conceituação. Originalidade: Ao considerar o PNMNI como paisagem e patrimônio territorial, foi possível correlacionar o conceito da CBST, a aspectos identitários e valorativos inerentes ao desenvolvimento territorial, dando aplicabilidade a esta tríade conceitual diante das especificidades da localidade estudada.

Английский. Objective: This article proposes using the basket of territorial goods and services (CBST) perspective to assess the potential of a green area for collective use, called the Nova Iguaçu Natural Park, with no intention of integrating with other territorial resources of the municipality, empowering them. Methodology: case study and application of semi-structured questionnaire form the methodological instruments considered pertinent to the approach of the study. Results: I identified that the CBST resignifies the sense of territorial belonging and population identity from years of environmental education, and that the urban green space of the PNMNI may comprise a CBST. Limitations/Implications: The main challenges encountered in carrying out this study will correspond to the number of respondents to the questionnaire due to adverse external factors, the absence of a collection of civic user opinion of the park due to the time factor and the clear exposure of the emerging thermological approach of CBST, being necessary more empirical instruments to complement their conception. Originality: By considering the PNMNI as territorial heritage and landscape, was possible to correlate the CBST emerging concept, to identity and value aspects inherent to territorial development, giving applicability to this conceptual triad given the specificities of the studied locality.
