Caucasian rhododendron has a particularly rich biochemical composition, which determines its many-sided positive impact on human health. From the specified raw materials, it is possible to produce food and medical products for sale both domestically and abroad. For this, it is necessary to use and develop such technologies and processing equipment that can ensure the maximum preservation of all elements of raw materials that are beneficial to health. A new technology for processing rhododendron leaves is presented, which can be used to produce high-quality end products.
