Pigment complex in spring barley leaves in the conditions of the Volga-Vyatka region | Пигментный комплекс в листьях ярового ячменя в условиях Волго-Вятского региона

Русский. Как известно, большая часть пигментного комплекса, обеспечивающего фотосинтетическую деятельность растений, содержится в листьях и представлена хлорофиллами а, b и каротиноидами. Практический интерес представляют полевые исследования образцов ярового ячменя (Hordeum vulgare L.) для выделения генотипов различного эколого-географического происхождения с высоким содержанием листовых пигментов. В 2020-2021 гг. изучали 30 коллекционных образов ярового ячменя на опытном поле ФАНЦ Северо-Востока (г. Киров) в условиях умеренно континентального климата. Стандарт – Белгородский 100. В фазу начала колошения отбирали флаговый и подфлаговый лист и определяли концентрацию пигментов в ацетоновых вытяжках методом спектрофотометрии. Установлено, что содержание хлорофилла а и каротиноидов зависит от условий года, а значение хлорофилла b от сочетания факторов "генотип" и "годы" (при p не менее 0,95). Наиболее стабильным содержанием пигментов во флаговом листе отличались Рейдер и Одесский 115, в подфлаговом – Landrace. Высокая межгенотипическая изменчивость отмечалась по содержанию хлорофилла b как во флаговом (СV=23,5%), так и в подфлаговом (СV=43,6%) листьях. Выделены образцы Новичок, Crusades, Mentor и Sultan в листьях которых содержалось большое количество хлорофилла. Достоверно высокое число каротиноидов во флаговом листе содержалось у образцов Местный (к-5983), Mie, NCL 95098, Rodos. У образцов 752A и Rodos были превышены контрольные значения по показателю каротиноидов в подфлаговом листе. Содержание пигментов в листьях может служить для отбора коллекционных образцов и дальнейшей селекционной работы, направленной на улучшение показателей продуктивности ярового ячменя.

Английский. As known, most part of the pigment complex responsible for plant photosynthetic activity is concentrated in the leaves, and it is represented by chlorophylls a, b and carotenoids. Field studies of spring barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) are of practical interest for identifying genotypes of various ecological and geographical origin with a high content of leaf pigments. In 2020-2021, 30 spring barley collection accessions were studied at the experimental field situated in the Kirov region, in a temperate continental climate. The standard variety is Belgorodstkiy 100. In the phase of the beginning of earing, the flag and sub-flag leaves were collected, and the concentration of pigments in acetone extracts was determined by spectrophotometry. It was found that the content of chlorophyll a and carotenoids depends on the conditions of the year, and the value of chlorophyll b depends on the combination of factors "genotype" and "years" (p not more than 0.95). The Reyder and Odesskiy 115 were distinguished by the most stable pigment content in the flag leaf, and Landrace in the sub-flag leaf. High intergenotypic variability was observed in the content of chlorophyll b in both flag (CV=23.5%) and sub-flag (CV=43.6%) leaves. The accessions Novichok, Crusades, Mentor and Sultan were isolated. Their leaves contained a large amount of chlorophyll. Reliably high number of carotenoids in the flag leaf was in accessions Мestnyy (k-5983), Mie, NCL 95098, Rodos. The reference values for carotenoid content in the sub-flag leaf were exceeded in accessions 752A and Rodos. The content of pigments in the leaves can serve a criterion for the selection of collection accessions and further breeding work aimed at improving the productivity of spring barley.
