THE RESULTS OF THE STUDY OF THE NATURE OF THE EXTREME CONDITIONS IMPACT ON THE DEPARTMENT OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS EMPLOYEES

The problematic issue of the nature of the impact of extreme conditions on the personality of IAB employees has always been important, but recently it has become of tremendous importance for a number of objective reasons. Employees and former employees, who took part in execution of service tasks in extreme conditions, including service-combat conditions, are increasing every day. Naturally, service and combat experience is an extremely important and challenging phenomenon, which also has a direct impact on how this employee's personality manifests itself in the post-extreme phase in behavioural, emotional and cognitive aspects. In its simplest form, this problematic question is how we can determine the nature of personality changes in an employee who has experienced extreme conditions. The theoretical provisions of the most significant of the totality of researchers of this question determine that "the better employees are prepared for specific extreme conditions, the less expressive negative aspects of psychogenic influence of these conditions on the personality of employees and the higher is the probability of formation of positive consequences of such activity". The article summarizes the results of the author's research, determining the objectivity of the aforementioned provision.
