Русский. The article presents data on the spread of transmissible diseases in Rostov Oblast from 2017 to 2022. The most common human diseases transmitted through the bites of ixodid ticks are determined. A nosological profile of transmissible infections has been defined in Rostov Oblast, which includes four main diseases. Crimean hemorrhagic fever and West Nile fever with peak incidence in 2019; Borreliosis with peak incidence in 2017 and Q fever, which, for the first time in six years, was registered in 2022. A total of 421 laboratory-confirmed cases were reported during the studied period.
