Анализ производства свеклы столовой в России | Analysis of table beet production in Russia

Английский. The article analyzes the indicators of beet production in Russia (by districts, subjects of the federation and categories of farms). The object of research is the market for the production of canteen beets. The subject of the study is the current state of table beet production. The information base of the study was made up of data from FAO, official state statistics, the Federal Customs Service, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Eurasian Economic Union, materials of periodicals, scientific seminars, conferences, symposiums, etc. reflecting various aspects of the problem under study. Over the past ten years, farms of all categories have seen a decrease in acreage (by 33.2%) and gross harvest (by 20.6%) of table beet. A significant decrease in these indicators (by 37.9% and 35.1%, respectively) occurred in the households of the population. The highest yield of table beet (30.4 t/ha) was noted in agricultural organizations. The average yield in farms and households of the population left 22 t/ha. There are a number of systemic problems in Russian vegetable growing that limit the increase in vegetable production and negatively affect its effectiveness, such as poor technical and material equipment of a significant part of farms engaged in vegetable production due to outdated technical base, insufficient provision of vegetable crops with seeds of domestic production. One of the leading roles in the implementation of the policy of food security and national independence is played by the breeding and seed production of vegetable crops. Sanctions make it possible to carry out import substitution of table beet varieties. To date, the main task is to abandon the import of foreign bred seed, and therefore it is important to concentrate on creating new varieties that will be of high quality, good yield, as well as disease resistance. According to the results of variety trials at leading agricultural organizations, modern varieties bred by the Federal Scientific Centre of Vegetable Growing and the Poisk Agrofirm fully satisfy the requirements of the market, and they can take a worthy place in the fields of the Russian Federation.

Русский. Проанализированы показатели производства свеклы столовой (СС) в России (по округам, субъектам федерации и категориям хозяйств). Объект – рынок производства СС. Предмет исследования – современное состояние производства СС. Информационную базу исследования составили данные ФАО, официальной государственной статистики, Федеральной таможенной службы, Министерства сельского хозяйства РФ, Министерства финансов РФ, Евразийского экономического союза, материалы периодической печати, научных семинаров, конференций. На протяжении последних 10 лет в хозяйствах всех категорий наблюдалось снижение посевных площадей (на 33,2%) и валового сбора (на 20,6%) СС. Значительное уменьшение этих показателей (на 37,9 и 35,1% соответственно) произошло в хозяйствах населения. Наибольшая урожайность СС (30,4 т/га) отмечена в с.-х. организациях. Средняя урожайность в фермерских хозяйствах и хозяйствах населения оставляла 22 т/га. В российском овощеводстве сохраняется ряд системных проблем, которые ограничивают увеличение производства овощной продукции и негативно сказываются на его эффективности: слабая техническая и материальная вооруженность значительной части хозяйств, занимающихся производством овощей, устаревшая техническая база, недостаточная обеспеченность посевов овощных культур семенами отечественного производства. Одну из ведущих ролей в выполнении политики продовольственной безопасности и национальной независимости играет селекция и семеноводство овощных культур. Санкции дают возможность осуществить импортозамещение сортов СС. Главная задача – отказаться от импорта семян иностранной селекции, в связи с чем важно сконцентрироваться на создании новых сортов, которые будут отличаться высоким качеством, хорошей урожайностью, а также устойчивостью к болезням. Современные сорта селекции ФГБНУ ФНЦО и Агрофирмы "Поиск" по результатам испытания в ведущих сельхозорганизациях вполне удовлетворяют требования рынка и могут занять достойное место на полях в РФ.
